Let's see. Bad narration. Bad camera work (I couldn't tell whether the main pilot was flying in an F15C or an F15E, I couldn't make out which squadron he was from because they were constantly bouncing back and forth among shots of different F15Cs and F15Es, and for all I know the guy could have been in the back seat of an F15E and not a pilot at all) and the Hollywood special effects on the A-10 run just ruined everything. Oh, and I'm pretty sure that Nevada isn't that green.

I looked at the joystick settings in the control panel. When the joystick is centered, the crosshairs on the diagnostic page are up and left when it should also be centered. I don't know how to recalibrate the joystick because Vista sucks.

It used to work perfectly fine--in fact it was working perfectly fine all day, and then in the middle of the game, it suddenly went ape sh*t. When I let go of the stick, my aircraft violent pitches down and banks to the left.

Ugh--I hate Kyushu. Too humid. I'm guessing there aren't any air bases in the Kansai area. I spent a month in Osaka and loved it, but the only air activity I saw were JGSDF Hueys.

I should rephrase. Point is, the A-10 is a ground attack aircraft, not a fighter aircraft. And it isn't meant to dogfight, therefore an A-10 pilot is not a fighter pilot. The F15E, F16, and F/A-18 are all multi-role, meaning they are designed to dogfight at some level. The A-10 was designed to do one thing, and it's not dogfighting.

You'll be waiting a while lol. Two more years to complete my major, then another two to complete my masters.

If having AIM-9s makes a pilot a "fighter pilot", then having an AR-15 makes me a soldier. If the aircraft he flies has a primary mission other than shooting down other aircraft, then he's not a fighter pilot.

Are clouds also mentioned in the .cfg file? In overcast missions, as soon as I get into the cloud cover the clouds disappear. They worked fine before I got Gys' F15C model.

I need to get a DSLR before I go to Japan...and when I sign up for the JET program all my placement requests will be near air bases :P

Where might I find how to edit the visibility ranges of structures? In one particular A-10 mission, I'm tasked with destroying a bridge, but the bridge doesn't appear until 1 mile out.
