Sure, I'm aware of that. I put the max power and (if possible) on a high position. My question is : In my campaign made for DCS 2.8, I set a couple of ground com vehicles (power 50 w). I could complete the mission without problem (distance to the com emitter >50 NM) and now in DCS 2.9, it doen't work any more. Max distance is about 35 NM. I have to duplicate the emitters if I do not want to redo the whole mission.

Hi, Just wander what's the distance now a ground unit can be catched from the air ? I created a campaign (Equilibrium 1975) and put some ground ATC within ME. And now they are unaudible if the player's plane is more than 35 NM. With the update, has the distance been reduced ? Cheers

Well, I've just checked with the first mission (Cargo) and I perfectly get the tower message. Did you set the volume fully up ?

Hi Reflected, I played this campaign for the 2nd time and have just finished it right now. I just want to thank you for keeping your job updated. It was a great pleasure to replay this campaign above all after the Normandy upgrade. Such a beautiful map for a great campaign. It worked without any issue so I really enjoyed to fly each single mission from starting the engine (great you let us take our time to start up following the checklist!) to cut off. Cheers Dan

Hi, A few words to thank you for this great campaign. Was a pleasure to fly each single mission. No bug. All went as it should. Once airborne, it's so immersive. Full of dialogues. Very appreciated. I'd appreciate a bit more dialogues on ATC (Tower, taxi, take off) and some people, vehicles to see down there, that would be my only drawback. Oh yeah, you fool, mate! I had such a laugh at the end of those missions where you weren’t even supposed to fly all the way! Your comments, oh gosh. I'm thinking about MS Flight sim Cheers Dan

Hi, Suggestion : if we could select a level of immortality ? OFF - You die MIDDLE - Weapons cannot hit you (Ground to air nor air to air : missiles, manpads, bullets, etc..), but take care of your engine and land smoothly or you will face some troubles. FULL - Do what ever you want! You'll never die. Personnaly, I set immortality on, because I'm very frustrated to be KIA and have then to restart the whole mission. But I'm not satisfyed with this option, because I know I can land like a dump... Cheers

Hi, OK... found a problem. Try the mission I joined here. Taxi to runway 07... AI won't follow. Why ? Because I put a freq change in the ME. Even if the frequency is the correct AD freq. If you delete the line, AI taxi normally. Not a big deal, even if I love creating campaign with full realistic radio comms. But good to know! Bug.miz

Hi, I had the same issue for the F-86 and MiG-15. Now, it's ok, but I've got it for the AH-64. In the kneeboard, I read _board. Where is the bug ? nullCheers Dan

Great update. And a question. Now Jester asks for the alignment quality as soon as power is set on. But I always hear only a part of the message. I put the helmet, ask for external power, wait a bit, then put right then left external power switch on, and I immediatly get the question from Jester, but only I cannot hear him completely. What should be the right procedure ?

Hi, Strange... I played twice this mission. And twice my wingman did not drop the bombs over the bay. It works over the Hill. Probably a DCS wingman odd behaviour. Cheers Dan

Hi, I start the quick mission "Take off from Nellis". So I'm aligned on the runway. I click on my hotas to set Wing AUTO, then push Master reset. I push full fwd the wing lever. Wait until all indicator are aligned. But impossible to push the lever down and to get AUTO! nullWha'ts wrong ? Thanks for your help DG

Well, same issue. Poor performance. But it's a early access, first version. Let give ED time to fix it.

Hi, Just finish for 2 minutes this campaign and join here all reviewers. Well, well, well mate. What could I add ? It's just awesome. Voice acting is just great. Each mission works perfectly. No issue at all. I not always understand why I lose some points, but as I don't care about point, just surviving the mission, it's fine. The difficulty increases with each mission and, I must admit, the last 3 have been difficult for me. I had to play them twice at least. Again, it's fine. Something to add ? Maybe one or 2 guys on the ground. I felt very lonely No problem I give you a 10/10. Looking forward for the part II. Cheers

Well, I have a kind of diary where I write all modifications, add-on, update I apply to DCS. So, when I get an issue, I just have to go back to the previous install. I my case that was : - May 5th, Install OH-6A - July 7th, DCS 2.9.6.58056 hotfix So I first went back to DCS 2.9.6.57650... still 5'' bug Then uninstall the OH-6A... bug solved. But as I read that a lot of guys have a performance issue, I keep the 2.9.6.57650 version until the next update. Cheers.
