Hi Reflected! Well guy! What can I say but : "WAOOOOOH!" Missions were sometimes hard and I had to restart them 2 or 3 times. But they worked perfectly. I just LOVED German voices. For me not a problem to understand so, you can imagine, how imersive it is (English voices with German accent work well too ) . Thanks for all efforts you had to create such a great campaign. Cheers Daniel

Hi, Well... It's very difficult for me. I loved the Caucasian campaign, but this one in much harder. For me (french speaking) it's not always clear enough what to do. But, slowly after de 4 first missions I get used to those frequency changes and my M2000 pilot skills raise to! So I must say : WHAT A GREAT CAMPAIGN AGAIN Baltic Dragon !!!!! So immersive... And It's just crazy. I cannot imagine how long it must take to achieve such a campaing. I mean coding it, not flying it Well, now I'm done in and need a rest after this Red Flag. Cheers. Daniel

Hi, Just to tell you there must be a problem with mission 10 - Fat Göring... The AI airplanes are not able to takeoff because of a Kubelwagen staying on the taxiway. A Ju-88 and all AI Squadron stay like dummies behind. So... Maybe just change the wind direction so we have to take another runway. However I cope this mission. Alone against all bad surprises. Not easy. But I did it with a lot of luck! Cheers Daniel

Bf 109 K-4 Jagdflieger Campaign infodggoofy replied to Reflected's topic in Bf 109 K-4 Jagdflieger Campaign Yes I did. Very interesting. And with the story you added about the pilot (player), his parents, aunt, etc... Is even a great idea. I really experienced this campaign like a TV series. Cheers Daniel

Bf 109 K-4 Jagdflieger Campaign infodggoofy replied to Reflected's topic in Bf 109 K-4 Jagdflieger Campaign Hi Reflected (alone or team!), I just finished this campaign. One word: Amazing! I appreciate it very much. No bug, no problem to complete missions. Your idea: to take off and return to base alive to complete the mission is just perfect and so real. I don't know if this is true, but I feel like my pilots' voices get depressed at the end of the campaing (last 3 missions). Well done! My only regret (small, and you explained it, which is perfectly understandable): I prefer German dialogues (as in Horrido Campaign), because, I understand German quite well, as well as English, and a little (чуть-чуть) Russian. It's more immersive. But you did well: some words are sometimes in German. Well done too! Great job guys! Daniel

Hi, Yep, it solved a bit the mission. Now we get order to escape and RTB. Just one think to fix : impossible to engage the fighters. They're much too far away! Cheers

Hi, I started this campaign recently. Very good so far (mission 8.2 completed). I love the script, I love the sounds, I love the story. The missions are sometimes not that easy to complete, which gives me a great challenge. Awesome. The only details I miss are ... a little more life at the airport. Except escort and me ... there is nothing. It would be nice and more realistic to have soldiers, vehicles around the place. Cheers Daniel

[REPORTED] Very low detail areas in Normandydggoofy replied to Reflected's topic in Western Europe 1944-1945 Hi, Ugra guys: Are you ashamed of yourself? For 2 years a very ugly area has existed and you have even reacted, responded, or better (which is expected for paid stuff) fixed if! ED guys: Do you have a solution to put pressure on Ugra to finish their job and not just come away with the money? Cheers DG

The Big Show - Channel map updatedggoofy replied to Reflected's topic in Spitfire LF Mk.IX The Big Show Campaign Well, I bought recently this mission, because, you, Reflected, are a reference in creating mission. Must say, I was disappointed with the first mission in Normandy. Because the action is too far East and then we fly over a very ugly and untextured aera (already mentioned in another post). But fortunatly, I have The Channel, so I changed all 5 missions. So, thanks a lot having done this. Now, it would be nice to just update the "Normandy" ones, and change the name of the airfield by the right one. I find a bit odd to takeoff from "biggin hill" when it is Ford A. Anyways, I can deal without it. Cheers.

Hi, With the new DCS 2.7, we have finally a kneeboard in the I-16... I downloaded the checklist to put into, but strangely I do not get the images I put into \User\Saved Games\DCS\Kneeboard\I-16... I-16 is the right name for the kneeboard folder ? Where is the problem ? Any solution is welcome. Cheers Daniel

Always and only stable version. I'm not a tester. I want only play and enjoy. And no problem to wait a bit for a next stable version. Now 2.7 stable is out... but I wonder if I should stick a bit with 2.5. Is 2.7 stable really good in performance ? I would appreciate to loose to much fps. On 2.5 I've got easily 60 fps over high density sceneries and above 120 elsewhere... I know 40-60 fps is enough... But I wonder... Cheers... Daniel

Red Flag Training Missions - F-16Cdggoofy replied to beppe_goodoldrebel's topic in Missions and Campaigns Hi, Just tried this (new for me) campaign. Seems lovely. 1st mission (Arrival at Nellis)... fun. 2nd mission : NTTR Tour... fun... 3rd mission (night escort)... nothing happened. I flew 2 long and borring hours... no single other airplane in sight but the KC-135. Something turned wrong with the B-17 supposed to refuel. Never mind. I called for bingo (which was true) and RTB. But after this... all next missions are just amazing! Really just great. Thanks for it! DG

Yep, Never had fps drop until I install and fly this mission : https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3307259/ After take-off and setting heading toward mission aera... fps drop from a very good and stable 60 to 6-9... I tried thousand tests (ALT + ENTER, settings, deleted 60% of the wwii assets objects...). Same result. The only thing that made a difference ONCE. was to fly only with a wingman and delete the Fw190 leader group. Very odd indeed. If I fly solo, but with 1000 objects in Normandy... no problem. As soon as I follow a warbird group... bam. FPS drop. Maybe the beginning to fix it! Cheers.

FPS drops after 5 minutes with WWII Assets Packdggoofy replied to dggoofy's topic in Bugs and Problems Thanks to confirm what I get. Really a pitty. I tried to delete 50% of the static objects, but no change. Other odd result : once a could flight to the beach before a small fps drop, and the next try I wast just airborne and the fps drop to 10! Well, just deleted those mission.

Hi, I know, there are numerous topics about this problem. But as there is either no answer, or solutions, I create another one. I start a mission (seems very fun) : https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3307259/ But impossible to fly more than 5 minutes. After takeoff and a 5 min. flight, fps drop to 6-9... I try the same path alone, nothing else but my Fw-190. No problem. So it seems that NORMANDY 44 + WWII Assets Pack is not a good idea, which is of course stupid and a pitty. Any solution would be nice. I already tested all kind of setting to get high fps. Only succes was to fly 7 minutes before fps drop. Cheers Dan W10 - i9-9900k, Nvidia RTX2080... so not a low end computer.

Yes, Just seen this in Mi-8... No Heat Blurr any more.... but well visible in AI Mi-24 Hint.

Hi, Easy to turn off, impossible to add! When will we have ALL switches set with a "click" sound ? Files do exist in folder, but seem not to be used at all. What a pitty. It would be so more immersive with nice sound. Cheers
-
Why does RAZBAM ignore the sound quality of their modules?dggoofy replied to 112th_Rossi's topic in RAZBAM Discorvered this topic now. For me missing good and loud enough "click" sounds in cockpit for every single switch and "slang" for levers, etc... is a very important point for immersion!. For those who do not like this, there is always the option to turn sound off, but for the other one, there is no option to add missing sounds! Cheers
-
Yep, Same here. Latest stable version. Sound cut off after 20 min in Yalu mission. But... I could make it back by pressing F2 (outside view) then "jump command" RAlt + J... and sound comes back. But... not sure if it was my original airplane (because in this mission we start with 12 sabres) and 7 Sabres desappear, but maybe they crashed in the moutains. Well something to try anyway. Cheers

Good news and the radio seems to become reality!

Rating... well 10/10 no... 12/10dggoofy replied to dggoofy's topic in F-86F Hunters over the Yalu Campaign Well, I prefer without hesitation ground attack. I do not like fight, because without VR it's quick hard to follow airplanes in a dogfight, even if a won the dogfight in mission 2 . And no problem in mission 2 with AA. My wingmen deal well with the AA... Cheers

Hi boys, Just started this campaign and I must say : AWESOME! I love all ideas : - mission lenght : perfect - mission compulsories : great! So true! Like in real life, we can fail or cope a mission. - sound : Amazing! - Difficulty : just what I'm able to do. A bit challenging sometimes, but not impossible so far. Just perfect. I'm pretty sure I'll start this campaign again and again, because I love it and I love the F-86. Not to much weapons systems to memorize, 1000 switches every where to arm bombs etc... Cheers Daniel
-
Nope... sorry. I've the same problem. Nore PTT Ralt + \ nore \ Comm works. On the ground, on the air. And till yet only with P-47...
