Yeah, as Chaos said, the music fitting is HUGE. I have a massive library of music and I need to find something that is not... that what you have. Never any lyrics unless its something that fits and is important, and never any hard house or techno. If you see in my profile when i first started I did the same mistake, but I gradually grew out of that. Believe me, a lot of people try to do some crazy funky things with their text and it doesn't work. A simple fade in and fade out transition is excellent, and placement is huge too. Like a fade in on the far bottom right corner and fade out looks simple as hell but is effective. Sony Vegas: BEFORE YOU START EDITING THE VIDEO AND CHOPPING IT UP DO THIS!! Right click on each and every single clip before you start chopping them up and click DISABLE RESAMPLING. It helps, and looks better that way. (They have to be in the timeline to do that i believe) Good luck mate!

Ah no, I used to fly it a lot. But iM all over the place with the planes in FC. I stopped playing it though, after the dogfights were just too.... unrealistic for me. The whole radar needed a rework, and yeah, so I started to fly the A10 then dcs a10 came out and that was my selling point right there hehe. No profile for you unfortuantely, I use the thrustmaster Hotas which you also have so i dont see any reason for you to need one, so its all plug and play for me, sorry. I do up my curvature to about 20 though, and I use the little lever on the side of the throttle (friction) as my zoom function. It works WONDERS in the game.

Nah, the aim 9s fired form behind on the target are crap too unless you do it under 1 nm. Up close they can be pretty useful and il use them for that purpose, but over that range... its pretty useless. Over that, and the Su will just climb up and outfly the aim 9 with its speed, lol, is sad... but true... break left, pop 2 flares, and the aim 9 is already confused as to whats happening, so it suicides out of sheer pain of confusion and uselessness. Oh well, all this wont matter too much once FC3 is out. All A-10C will be rendered useless gentleman. No more flying at 16K, no more safety anywhere. It's going to be a 5 minute start up, 15 minute travel to destination, and a missile in your ass from BVR. Il be dropping the A10 for a while until the hype dies down and things get a bit more settled.

That's not true. They are heat seekers and once fired, they will chase whatever hot target is in front of them. There are two ways of doing this. One is uncaging them, which is what I do whenever I do use them. Letting it auto lock the target for you and fire. The second is to put the sidewinder circle on the target so that you hear the tone, and fire away, the missile will chase the target if it picks it up after launch. The probability of this decreases if its a manouvering target, therefore acquiring a lock is preffered, but they CAN still have a high chance of going after whatever it is you fired. HOWEVER, these ****ing sidewinders are absolute SHIT. I cannot recall the millions of encounters I have had vs SU25Ts, where they popped just 4 flares and the aim 9 goes straight for them or it just goes stupid. Or when they do only one turn manouver and completely lose all of its energy and can't chase their target (CLOSE RANGE, not long range <- that i would understand). But when its me dumping 4 millions flares in my a10 vs their AA missile, it doesn't matter. Their missile will make 13 high G turns and then still hit you. Imagine this: I am flying head to head vs an SU-25T, I know he can get a lock and fire at me 2x the distance I can fire on him, so I don't bother with the Aim-9s. Instead I have my mav pulled up and am waiting to pick up his signature. Once the mav actually decides to lock, I fire, break hard left while dumping an INSANE amount of flares. I am now poining 180 degrees from where I was just at, so away from the bandit, and I hear a launch from him, just before my AGM splashes him. Dump more insane amount of flares and start to do some left and right turns then a high G turn to the side (all the while dumping more flares). His one missile still hits me..... Now the above is true, and has happened at least a half dozen times. The only reason I am mentioning this (and this is important) is to let any Frogfoot fliers know that we Hog pilots don't give a damn if you think it's unfair for us to use AGMs against you. You have a ridiculous advantage over us, so deal with it. We are still at a high disadvantage when using that method because its harder to lock on to you on the pass, but il take it over these sidewinders. That's why when I have moments like this at 1:18, it makes me feel so damn good!!!! Q3CN0zvrnoc?hd=1

I know it's an idiot question but... You are holding down the weapon release button and not the gun trigger right? lol Since you are making a perfect run I assume you set a SPI down with the targeting pod as well right? Track, post it. They are located in C/users/user name/saved games/ then its something like dcs/multiplayer/tracks, and they are all there. Make it short. I tried uploading a track that was only 20 mb big and it took 40 minutes and failed at the end. As for the DSMS page resetting, the issue there is this: When you go to DSMS and manually click on a munition like GBU and then go to profile settings and do all the stuff there, you are creating a TEMPORARY profile. If you were to click away from that munition for a second, and go back, it would be reset to default settings. In order to create profiles for the weapons in the DSMS that stay there, you need to edit the profile settings in the DSMS, and then while flying, make your HUD SOI, and then press DMS left or right short, and you can see on the DSMS page that it selects all the different profiles for the weapons on board, and that any saved changes to the profile you have made will be there. Its the actual act of MANUALLY pressing the OSB next to the weapon on the DSMS page that AUTOMATICALLY chooses the default settings for the weapon. Consider it like an override button to whatever the hell you did in the profile settings page. This is the reason that when I fly with my CBU-97s, I make them drop in CCRP mode, but there are times I want to drop them in CCIP mode, so all I do is manually choose the CBU=97 and BAM, CCIP default setting. Like a BOSS. It's almost like having two profiles running for the same weapon.

I mean, I'm a small time fry on my account, but most of the DCS community know me for my videos, and I declined partnership with youtube for money. It's just not my thing. Now if I started to make videos at the quality level of GA, then perhaps...

In AA, i only use AGMs. Sidewinders against a S25T has about a 5% hit chance. They either go stupid on launch, or lose and bleed energy after the very first little tiny manouver they make. They are shit. But somehow the Su-25Ts missiles are capable of making 13 high G turns and still hit their target, at longer range may I add. So AGMs it is.

The landing part was from my "my fuel level is master caution" I was messing with the blur effects and over did it significantly hahaha. But yes, that other clip is from our fc2 dogfighting, i particularly loved that shot, because he was an enemy that was messing around diving to the ground right after shooting a friend of mine and im not sure he even knew i was there, hosed his ass later, revenge is bitter sweet.

The thing that irks me, is that ground crews who worked on the F22s daily were also experiencing hypoxia like symptoms. I doubt they fixed the issue, at least one of many.

My money is, "FC3 will be delayed due to development changes." I'm still wondering if the russian planes had their cockpit reworked. I was getting worried over the fact that they ONLY showed the F-15s cockpit...

I have a similar issue at times. Its the dial mode. Its not always AATR, sometimes its one of the other knobs. I just scroll through the knobs and when I see the miles range working I know I have the right one. -

I effin hate Origin and anything to do with it. All the people that bought this sim because of my youtube vids were directed to the ED website, and il continue to do so for the future. I guess there are just a few key words missing for Origin search of the product, a10 works, but a-10 yields no results, that sort of thing. No biggy. Except that it's ORIGIN!!! lol :)

I've never gone beyond 460 knots, since overspeed kills your engines. As far as height, about 32K. Neither one made much sense at the time.

Here is something I've been meaning to ask for months but keep forgetting. If I land with my RIGHT wing missing, repair, and am set to go, the speed indicator still acts as if my tube from the right wing is still missing, hence 50 knots indicated on the HUD after the repair for ever... (or until you get a new plane) Do I need to reset something, or is this currently a bug? EX: in this video, in the beginning my wingman clipped my right wing right off, landed, repaired, and then at 0:52 is immediate flight after repair, and you can see on the HUD 50 knots, and the manual speed indicator is also at 0. Warn horn going off every time the throttle is set below 50%...
