F15= (Team Kill)^2 ? :music_whistling: OK considering modern fighter being post vietman era (or we could end with a OV10 bronco, F5 Tiger, E4 Skyhawk, A7 Corsair, or U2 ) and still in use ( F14 Tomcat :cry:), and considering A lot of info should be avaliable (so no F35/F117/SR71/F22 or any stealth class) and not asurveillance aircraft(AWAC, E2, etc), nor a tanker (KC130, KC135, etc) we have really few choices: F15; (already modelled in LO as the A10 was) F16; (Well i hope it comes with a DC campaign) F18; (wich would be nice cause we could play above water) I don t care for any of them, (really, none give me any kind of exitment, probably because i already played them so much that nothing really new will come of any of them) nor do i have a grip beyond all those have already been modelled, and modelled and remodelled. F 15 and F 18 Have dual throttle F 16 have a sect of its own. I play(ed) those since: F15: Since commodore 64, Janes f15 F16 Falcon4.0 and there was an oooold game where you where a pilot merc group can t for the sake of me remember the name f18 Janes f18(was it?), althought i never played much, this plane mever inspired me much, even if when young i did a 40cm revell of it. I have an inquiry, where can i put the hall sensor instead of the pots. :music_whistling: Well i just tested my saitek pedals and i quite happy they are more confortable than any rudder system i ever put my feets on. The toe breaks works fine but for a slight "doesn t reach end of pot travel" and a little too over sensitive near the beginning al solved by deadzoning. So for now i m quite satisfyed. If onlt TM could get straight and fix the trottle bricking issue.

I never played Cry sis(tem), but i was always was respectuous for the environment they put in. But for me FPS haven t evolved much since Half life 1 with the extreme fear factor. Another that wen t with the fear factor was the creepy F.E.A.R 1, the sequels only milked and overused the sucess. Crysis is nothing but a evolution of Half Life (hyper suit, FPS, Alien, bizarre stuff)

Only in the sense that it never failed while in use and it always failed while idle. (Which imo is redundant). But the AMD owners which had the failure seems to say that the throttle was OK then suddenly died. Would it have died: 1) When going on sleep mode by itself ? 2) When USB not receiving imput send a "i gonna power off message" ? 3) Any other ocasion i can t think of. Would it be a eeprom programing bug ? But if so, all the others Warthog would suffer the same problem. And we already had report of Throttle bricking on always powered USB ports (lights never going off until bricking). Would some message from USB management erase eeprom, flash eeproom ? Anyone have knowledge on USB interfacing does know if interface send a "reset like" message that could be interpreted by the eeprom like an "erase/flash" order ? Something like: USB interface: Hey i m going to reset myself, ok? Throttle: You want me to reset myself ? OK And Bingo... I know it sound ridiculous.

Not bad idea speed freak. Poke your nose over CH, apart the pedals cramped and the UUUUGLLYYY throttle they work very well, support is good and they ain t expansive... I saw them being used in mil. USA training pictures, so they have a good value and everybody séak well of them.(I had some they where quite good apart from the problem i stated above.)

The G930 seem to be a winner, but 150 buck leave me wondering as it will arrive here (unless i find it locally which i doubt) around 300,00 bucks Hows the G 930 Microfine performance ? Does any of you use any kind of voice activation program ? The saitek is very interesting too but maybe too much directed to flight sim. Theres the Cyborg 5.1 grs but i have to dive into reviews. Well i can say much. My parents where quite rational, i did similar things on my father and he only sayd: "Tard i could have provided you cheaper, but its your money." And "Whats wrong with you ? I could have loaned you the money with no interest at all !!" But i was acquiring something i was sure he would not approve.(a motorcycle) so i did it on myself to avoid disapointment. In the end i was glad he said that. Now with my wife its another kind of turf and we both overeact sometimes on nicky picky. So i guess hassata is right, you father may have issues but time probably will solve it as long you don tshut the door. On a side note i think you did the right thing not buying with your father, on the other hand he may have taken that as a sign you don trust him (for some reason) so showing you trust him and eventually still need him can be a nice move. Well when i first saw the video for the first time (right now), i don t know why, but the first thing that crossed my mind was that something was wrong. The second time as the third i was already drolling. but Y2kiah your plainly right, attitude is not the same as g force. And G force is predominent over gravity as long as you are above 1 g in turn or even acceleration. Unless i m wrong the plane doesn t push you as a potatoe free in a plastic bag being throwed around.

I m curious, i think Voice Activation control is paramount for complex sims if you don t want to pause to seek some "Element 2 engage air defenses" on the keyboard and funble with keys. Since the Mic that comes with the Zalmman 5.1 ain t cutting it, and i am unable to find a microfone only set (like the LVA 7330) or make someone send it to my country i m bitten: I got curious about what you guys use, what would you like to see improved on your headset, how is the mic performance (very important).. I also use track ir pro. Yes i m doing a little benchmark....:smilewink: Thank you in advance.

The same for TM RCS hall sensed by cubby, but they are gameport and you only will find them from time to time on E-bay, you won t know their quality so the "IF". Simped is the more secure, optimal non cheap option.

Lean and clean. Now you just have to do a support for the throttle so it isn t in this awkward position. I trust you ll find a good solution.
