  1. She's looking great! No such thing as too many Grumman Cats in the sim! We need a Navy plane to fight MiG-15s with anyway...
  2. I wish, still trying to figure out what was going on with that. The screenshot I posted was taken before the FC2024 update broke the mod as it previously existed. This is currently what we're dealing with.
  3. Is the shop still open?
  4. Actually tried it using the old SFM line, was experimenting on my F-15EX mod instead of the F-22. Didn't work anyway.
  5. I don't suppose it's possible to add the binaries block to the entry file of the mod itself and have this work? Nevermind, I checked and it doesn't work. Couldn't possibly be that easy. Thanks ED
  6. The attached entry file should fix the spawn issues with the F-15EX. entry.lua
  7. I have that line in my F-15EX and it works too. Only issue for me is that the landing gear doesn't work.
  8. I tried something similar, it appears to switch to Su-25T avionics to do this: MAC_flyable('F15EX',current_mod_path..'/Cockpit/KneeboardRight/',F15EX_EFM, current_mod_path..'/comm.lua') null
  9. It shouldn't matter, they both are bricked along with all other FC3 mods.
  10. I have tried several things here, up to and including directly referencing the F-15CCWS.dll and F-15.dll files in my entry file, using the code from the F-15C's entry file as reference. None of this has worked so far. Will keep experimenting...
  11. Well we didn't get a fix with the patch that came out yesterday, I'm afraid we might not get one at all...
  12. I think most of us are aware of the issue with aircraft mods that use FC3 avionics (F-22, F-15EX, F-106 just to name a few) that was introduced in the latest DCS patch with the release of FC2024. There is a workaround, but I think the entire modding community would agree with me that a fix from ED to return the functionality of FC3-based mods to what it was prior to the release of FC2024 would be greatly appreciated.
  13. Currently it isn't correctly modeled, as is obvious if you look at it up close. I am working on correcting that, my plan is to get it looking as much like this as possible:
  14. Correct, it will not have any functionality.
  15. There should be three separate links available. Added two alternate links.
  16. First post updated. Update 1.8.5 for the F-15EX is live! F-15EX 1.8.5: https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZivOD0ZMeUSaAt9PJ0Kew3LRkkbRyx34D5k
  17. More progress on the custom cockpit...
  18. I'm also working on my own version of the AIM-260 JATM, using this image as a reference. This will remove the need to have Nightstorm's F-22 enhancement mod installed in order to have the AIM-260, and should correct the issues with the JATM in the current version of the F-22 enhancement mod.
  19. That has also been added. I also added the Legion IRST pod back.
  20. I am excited to announce that Version 1.8 is right around the corner! Updates include new liveries by Vasy and AWACS_bandog, improved radar, and re-worked loadouts for many weapons. I also have a sneak peek of the cockpit (thanks to musolo for the model and animations), which will be included in Version 2.0 later on. The cockpit is not ready for release just yet, so I will not include it with Version 1.8, but know that progress is being made...
  21. Your engine designations are wrong. The GE-129 is an F110 variant, the PW-229 is an F100 variant, not the other way around. The key is in the letter convention, PW-229 is a specific model of the Pratt and Whitney F100, and GE-129 is a variant of the General Electric F110 engine.
  22. I'm not complaining, it's just a suggestion.
  23. Not sure if anyone has asked about this or not. While "Jester" is more than fitting for the F-14 given the Tomcat's pivotal role in Top Gun, honestly it doesn't make as much sense for the USAF F-4E variant that we're getting. I wonder if Heatblur would consider re-naming the new Jester version for the F-4E to something like "Chuck" (after Chuck DeBellevue for example). It might be harder to do than I imagine, but I figured I'd suggest it. If nothing else they can think about it.
  24. Sorry if this question has been asked already, but will the OH-58 have ATAS as an armament option?
