The Facebook comments are 99% hi fi. Either ED is lacking two way communication with lo fi customers, or the statistics guy/woman perhaps need to re evaluate WHY FC3 sell more copies. I know I'm not alone when I wrote earlier that I bought FC3 only to support ED financially. I still only play and enjoy A-10C, Ka-50, P-51D and the Huey. IMHO, I payed 50$ for a nice icon in the module manager, and I'm fine with that. As long as ED don't take my 50$ as a vote for lo fi sims. But I've learned by my mistake. I will never spend another dollar on ED's lo fi products.

So, have you had any crashes lately?

Well, seems like disabling DEP only for DCS is a no go, since MS have decided to pseudo implement exceptions. Using my awesome Google skills I've found out that if you want to be 100% sure DEP is off you need to disable it all together. We're gonna try this tonight, on a custom made mission we had LOTS of crashes in a few days ago. I'll be back with reports tomorrow.

We have a few members that often seem to have semi-random crashes. Gonna ask them to test this and report back with the results.

You don't have to use central trimmer even if you lack a FFB stick. In fact, I don't know any high skilled pilot using central trimmer mode, everyone I know of use the old way.

He is saying JDAMs benefit from a super accurate SPI, LGB's obviously don't, because last time I checked you actually guide the LGB in with your lazor... ;)

I don't think they can have an upgrade from FC3 if they want to cut the tie to Ubisoft. Anyways, i hope they release them quick so they can focus on the real deal.

I don't think the altitude has anything to do with it, except your aircraft gain speed. It think it's something with high IAS - AoA - idle engines. Maybe disrupted airflow or something. We need Yo-Yo here :D

Steep dives with low throttle will cause a flameout. I don't know the exact cause. If you dive with 50% throttle your ok.

"Old" bug confirmed by testers, but either its back or the fix is not released, even though we talked about it over 2 years ago.

If you can see the enemy with your eyes, you should man up and go GAU-8.

Perhaps it's enough if someone package their updated files, and you replace your files with the new files. But I won't recommend it though, lot of things can go wrong.

When you start the engine, suction is not enough, you need the boost pumps to get the flow started. Once the engine is running the suction is sufficient at low altitudes. You use the throttle to shutdown the engines.

No pain, no gain ;) It's fairly simple to remove the big spring as you can see in my vid (already linked in this thread). And you won't break anything, so you can revert easily. At first it feels strange without the spring, but after a week it is very, very convenient. I'd never go back again.

If ED decide to implement vapour I'd like to see proper vapour modelling and not just wingtip vortices, something like the VRS one would make me happy ;)

IIRC there was some graphical issues and/or FPS issues.

When they're done with bug fixing, testing, and got a stable public build with fewer bugs then in the previous version.. :music_whistling:

We have ONE dev assigned to do three different AFM's. If he is currently working on project C (50% done). Suddenly he have to switch to project A and B and finish them. Is project C delayed?
