hmm thats a hard one. honestly my main reson for DCS are Helos, there i startet ( back 2008 with the first DCS) and i always come back to this task. BUT: i also like flying jets, the fa 18 is a very hard to get used plane its mult role makes it very very hard to learn. Im still not in to it and have it since release...... so im feeling you have not flown the f 16 so long only about 10 hours or so, but i got your point with the systems Have the Tomcat also, from all the jets i flown so far, its one of the most enjoyable in my opinnion. its that old shool feeling that it gives you. Not so much systems an relativly easy to come in an fly. Jester can be a bit well......... different Its a very basic aircraft wich i really enjoy, i fly it min once in a month Like Exorcet has written, use the free trail, i think you will like it

Kann mich shagrat nur anschließen, unter 100€ wird es echt sehr schwer. lieber noch ein bisschen sparen. Du sollstet dir ein Ziel setzen, also konkret: was möchte ich genau fliegen. Für moderne Jets wirst du auf längere sicht nicht um eine gutes Hotas system rum kommen, einfach weil diese zu viele Funktionen über das Hotas nutzen. Für WK 2 Flieger kannst du mit dem t 1600 wohl ewig deinen Spaß haben, die teile sind für das Geld echt super. Für Helis, wirst du recht schnell ein gutes Hotas "brauchen" zumindest wenn du sie effektiv fliegen willst. Die Pedale, also theoretisch könntest du mal versuchen das Linke und Rechte Pedal als Ruder zu nutzen. das Mittlere würde ich dann als Radbremse setzen. Ich bin aber gerade nicht sicher ob sich die Pedale seperat belegen lassen.

well im going in an double here, for the flight feeling im gettin used to the M2000c. for the Systems itself im goin with the FA/18. overall i think it will be fine to be used to a more modern fighter, the EF is unicque in a special way

Das war recht gut erklärt VIper Wir haben damals nur die Laser Gelenkten erleben könnten, Radar gabs noch nicht oder die waren schlicht nicht verfügbar Gängige Taktik zu meiner Zeit war das Lasern mit Code über den JTAC oder eine Drohne bzw. auch eine Maschiene mit TP. Apache taucht kurz auf, schaltet Laser auf, Feuert und wechselt die Stellung. Die Zielerfassung über das Radar ist mittlerweile aber wohl der neue Standart, hätte ich gerne mal Live erlebt. War schon immer Geil mit den Jungs

Ich kann hier evtl. aus meinem bischen erlebten beríchten ( war ein paar Jahre beim Militär und hatte immer mal das glück mit den jungs von den Kavalerie zu Arbeiten) im Regelfall fliegen die als three oder four ship, meistens haben zwei Maschienen ein Radar drauf. Damit haben die Piloten mehr das Gelände selbst beobachtet, um schön Tief bleiben zu können. Wenn kein JTAC zur verfügung stand sind damit auch Ziele gesucht und per DL an den Flight geteilt worden. Die Raketen selbst wurden dann aber fast ausschließlich per Bordlaser ins Ziel geführt. Oft haben die mehrerer Ziele Zeitgleich angegriffen, somit war der JTAC nur die Hilfe zum "Einweisen vor Ort" Ich hatte auch das Glück mal mit den Piloten Reden zu können, von den Systemen her ist das C und D Modell fast Identisch. Das Radar kann realtiv schnell, ich glaube in ca einer Stunde, montiert bzw. demoniert werden. Das was mich an dem Vogel am meisten beeindruckt hat war eigentlich immer wie Leise er im Tiefflug ist. Die 105 er hat man schon von ein paar 100m weiter gehört. Ich bin auch sehr gespannt wie ED das ganze umsetzt. der Vogel ist schon ne Hausnummer

währe es ein möglichkeit die Basis um 180 grad zu drehen und die Hebel mechanik entsprechend umzurüsten? Damit solltes du noch einige Zentimeter gewinnen.

So weit ich bisher mitbekommen habe sind die Basen gleich lang. man müsste also immer die Basis nach hinten verschieben. Es könnte natürlich auch sein das für den Apache dann ein komplett System rauskommt. Aber wie du ja schon geschrieben hast, alles kristallkugel. Bis Weihnachen ist ja auch noch etwas hin. evtl. habe ich ja glück und Virpil hat schon was angekündigt bis dahin

jup same for me muss aber sagen mit den Halterungen von Monstertech geht das super schnell Habe am Throllte noch eine selbst gebaute Buttonbox und am Stick Halter noch 3 MFD Rahmen von TM drann

Ja das stimmt natürlich ich hoffe einfach darauf das es noch in diesem Jahr kommt. Der Hind kahm ja auch ein paar Monate später als geplant naja bei 100€ mehr mache ich mir auch keine großen gedanken, aber bei 500€ überlege ich schon nochmal Für mich hat VIrpil den Vorteil das ich es an meinen Stuhl anbringen kann. hmm gute Frage, evtl. gibt es gerade tatsächlich kaum Mods. Ich kann dich gut verstehen, gerade im Deutschen Forum ist es echt heftig, ist aber ein generelles Problem in Foren. Ich für meinen Teil lese aber fast nur noch im Englischen Forum. Schreiben tue ich nicht viel. Evtl. könnte es helfen sich mal bei ED zu melden und evtl. die übernahme einer Moderation anzubieten.

Im thinking it will break relativ fast in case that the force you apply via the metal tube is too high. maybe you could strengthen the whole stick via 3D printed parts. i would mention, better save your money and buy a solid stick. I think this will be the better solution for long time. but if you build it, let us see some pics pls sry for my english, its rosti like i am

i think they working very hard on it. Petro is just a basic AI, it will improve over time. im very positiv ED will ged Chad to work good, still it will never be as good as a human

as far as i could figure out in my resarch, the normal prosedure to fire the Shturm ATGM the Pilot holds the Bird at about 200 km/h. With Pedro its a bit harder then with a Human Gunner but with praktice it will improve im not to bad now with pedro
