Strange, I also did some tests with standard AI groups, and they did hold their fire. Seems to me that the 476th vFG Range is the problem. TAC22-1.miz

Worth to notice is that "Return Fire" also seems broken. Just let me know if you want the specific .miz file.

The title says it all. I have a group of three Turkish BTR-80 set as JTAC against a Russian fortification group (476th vFG Range). But the BTR-80´s open fire at the targets still though I´ve set them to "Hold Fire". Is it a bug perhaps? Never seen this behavior before.

And what does that have to do with the broken ATC, AAR, ECM, AI and so on? I recently bought a new PC just to be up-to-date with the DCS specs - but it did not fix the bugs we all know about. I among others are still not satisfied with the current never ending bug list. The bugs have eaten up or beloved combat simulator, when we can´t even contact ATC or refuel during a combat mission. Not to speak about the terrible AI behavior. I have no intention on being rude towards ED nor any one else. But we must be realistic and don´t hush hush it all the time - DCS are being eaten up by bugs despite good PC specs.

Could´nt agree more! ATC, AAR and AI is just horrible. I could wait far more longer for new projects, if they just started squeezing those bugs for real.

I also have this problem in the A-10, no response at all from ATC (Vaziani).

If you scream for a fix of the logbook bug, and I scream for a new urgent AI flight model? Which one do you want ED to listen to first? They make their own decissions, depending on when they have the means to fix or add something. In the meantime, open a Word document, and start write down your own flightlog. I am sure ED know about the issue with your flight log, and the terrible issue with AI behaviour. So it is no point nagging about it. Be happy that Wags are sharing their work with us, at least every friday, and one other thing: Happy Flying!

Kuky I realise there are different FPS depending on cockpits. But should the difference really be so big, since the Su-25 do not have MFD´s, clickable buttons and other sensor functions? When I tell you what FPS I have, in cockpit, you would not complain about the Su-27... :D 8-10 FPS in the A-10C depending on weather... :music_whistling: You know when you are a DCS addict when you are out of money, and thinking about getting it the criminal way to fund my DCS experience by buying myself a new PC haha!

Yup I also experience this! Bought it last night, and the Su-25 module only gives me about 76% of what the A-10C is capable of in terms of FPS. Quite boring, since every single FPS counts for me!

Chippy, log into Module Manager with your DCS account, and a window will appear saying you can install DCS Su-25 module. It worked for me this morning, and hopefully it is there for you as well! Happy Flying Everyone!

Something I´ve noticed is the huge FPS increase in rain and thunderstorm. Before .16508, rain would affect my PC like a scary movie.

I just purchased DCS: Su-25. But when installing it just says: "Can´t install DCS Su-25A 1.2.5 16184 into newer DCS World 1.2.5 16508. Please download Su-25A 1.2.5 16508 installer." Yeah and where do I do that?

Yes I just unticked the Towns filter. And is this the folder you are requesting? me.rar

1.2.5 16184 I unchecked the Towns in the Map Options system bar, and all the map menus disappeared on the map. When clicking on the map itself, they appear again - but it´s now impossible to restore the system bars... I did try to restart DCSW, and repair it - but to no success!

Hmm I´ve never had any problems with the radios. ATC and JTAC work fine in my current 1.2.5 16184 version. The Kutaisi ATC had a little abrubt ending only, after inbound call. But request landing was without problem, as with Start Engines, taxi and Takeoff. I´ve only experienced minor bugs, that ATC call me Hawg instead of Boar, as it should have...but that bug was present also in 1.2.4 if I remember correctly.

I´m in the process of building a mission involving JTAC. The thing is that the JTAC won´t spot its targets. I have no problems contacting them, but they just respond that they don´t have any more tasking availible for me. I have confirmed they have Line of Sight. In advanced waypoint actions I´ve set the JTAC to: FAC - Assign Group ---> Mark WP ---> Weapon Auto At 3,1 NM in LOS, in daylight. I´ve tried a few times now, to make them spot their targets...but to no success, and the only thing that I can think of that causes this is: - I´m only armed with training munitions? - Is 3,1 NM to far away in LOS? - Maybe FAC - Assign Group isn´t the right method? - The target is a single T-55, with ROE Hold Fire - The JTAC is a M1043 Armed HMMWV Hope somebody can help me straight things out!
