Try resetting your trackir while looking slight up, straight ahead. This will allow you more room to look down/around. Reset your trackIR a little lower, straight ahead and this allows you to view more things up. For instance if I center/reset my track ir while looking straight but slightly up, I can view the entire cockpit without problems. If I center/reset track ir in the "Center" of my screen I have issues.

When the Nevada terrain gets released, all your wishes should come true with good mission designs.

Use 1024 every frame option. This option effects mirrors. However, 1024 every frame with mirrors and tgp = death to your frame rate.

ED could release a flying turd at this point and somehow make it amazing, and I would buy it. Really hoping for a multi-role capable plane though, A2A & A2G, best of both!

My guess is you are using 32bit Windows 7. These changes went into effect from patch 1108. Due to limitations with 32bit software, they needed to make those changes to improve the game. If you are using 64bit windows 7, then I have no idea.

are you using the 1 screen option or the 3 screen option (or mfd, etc.) If I don't use the One Screen option, I get 20fps. I am not sure on how to go about using the 1 Screen option while still using MFD's. Might want to check multi-monitor thread(s) for that.

Installing A10 on my SSD and upgrading my video cards from 1.5gb vram versions to 3GB ones got rid of any stuttering. Loading times are great now also with ssd. Before, using a regular HDD and being vram capped @ 1.5GB I had stutters.

If you really only play DCS then yeah maybe not worth it. But after using three monitors for eight months, I can't go back to one. I was thinking of selling them all and getting a 30" IPS LCD monitor, so I tried out all my games one last time on my 46" lcd tv and just couldn't give up the massive wide view. It's just fantastic for flying, racing, mmo's, adventure, fps games, really adds the the immersion (imo.) edit: My three monitor setup is not cost effective though, to stay on-topic. It was $1200 in video cards and $600 in monitors. The monitors was the easy part, three decent 24" for around ~$200 each. Two GTX 580 3GBs were brutal on the wallet though.

1 - If you don't want jtac to get killed, set Immortal, not invisible. 2 - Assign the groups that the jtac will call out 3 - Assign the groups that you want the jtac to attack 4 - Ya, that does suck, agreed.

As others have said, with one monitor there just isn't that high sense of speed. But with three monitors, there is (imo). But I wouldn't mind seeing some type of motion blur, as long as it's done tastefully, just a tiny bit or something.

Very nice, thanks for your testing and result table. Have you tried shadows on medium, that helps bhot/whot fps with tgp/mav. It's nice to not use every frame now, little 10fps~ increase :)

It's a new method behind anti-aliasing. Here is a good review/story behind it http://www.hardocp.com/article/2011/07/18/nvidias_new_fxaa_antialiasing_technology/ Might help in a game like this, almost same IQ as 4xAA but tons faster. It also works on AMD/ATI Cards. Win-Win!

Well my TM Warthog is a few months old now, I've used it from the motherboard and with external powered USB hubs. So far so good, like others have said just update your firm-ware if you don't have the latest and you should be good to go. If your throttle does brick, from the threads I've read for those that have had it happen to them, TM support was good and got it fixed/replaced.

Like I said about him, you too also read far too into it. I said NEARLY ALL of the excellent missions. I didn't say THE ONLY excellent missions used the scripts. I am not upset about the negative rep, I said thanks for it. I said It's pretty amazing to see that you guys while reading it and replying to it, somehow managed to come away with "Wow I didn't use speeds scripts and neither did some other peoples, my missions aren't complete shit, Screw that guy!" You gotta be kidding me right, is this some kind of trolling? How is it possible to read something like that and completely change it? Simply saying that most of all the excellent missions used a script that doesn't work in 1109. A little unreal, isn't it?

If you only had some idea of how much I care for mission designers and help them and host, and let the public use my missions. You are over reacting like a stuck up prick of a father, you are not above anybody else. You are not the man to go to for mission designers, you are not the be all and end all of saying who can say whats right and wrong. But you are infact, pathetic.

I've been hosting missions with black shark for a long time when it was out when there was no public servers, and all missions I made. I've made public missions for this game as well and host as much as I can when my server is available. I was just saying that there isn't as many excellent missions currently, which is true. There are excellent missions, just not as many as before due to them using speeds script. But anyway, thanks for the negative rep.
