  1. Please try eBay and I saw the wireless ones around $35+ USD....
  2. @PhantomHans and @Joch1955, thanks for the comments. Let me try for cms auto and program chaff only (not to release all chaff once)
  3. I guess that the treatment is different between Intel and AMD.
  4. Checked Intel 256K spec, the CPU has the feature and it is up to BIOS to enable or disable. Regardless, disabling VT just make sure the CPU/memory has less impact to DCS. Opted out CPU 1 means one P-core is unusable for DCS, and it is interesting finding... If I get 285K, will I have the same issue?!
  5. It happed on the F2 view also.
  6. Yea... it may work as long as less 5V.
  7. I had my TrackIR Pro clip to be the wireless. The clip may need 5V, and I would like to use the AA batteries instead (the chargeable battery would be EOF). I searched Amazon for the AAx3 or AAAx3 battery holder because 4.5V is closer (1.5Vx4 will make LEDs life short). Hope it helps!!
  8. I have the dual monitors, and few cases were related the app landed on the unexpected monitor. So, let me try it: 1. power off all monitors except the main monitor. 2. launch the TrackIR app, and it should land on the main monitor no others since Windows knows the main monitor is on. 3. close the TrackIR app (I think that Windows+app maybe remember the last open monitor). 4. power on all monitors. 5. launch the TrackIR app again.
  9. Thanks for the reply, and is cms in auto? Does it mean that I need to program chaff and flares?
  10. - [ADDED]Anti-skid permanently activated on starboard side {https://forum.dcs.world/topic/371139-anti-skid-seems-to-be-permanently-activated-on-starboard-gear/} Updated "ADDED" from "PENDING". Thanks.
  11. Say: I have my DCS main screen is running, and I wait for a while my screen goes blank if I do not touch my mouse and keyboard for a while or I am away. Yes, I do have the monitor off after 15 minutes and rest of them is never to keep DCS running. There is a tiny mouse jiggler sold on the internet to simulate a mouse cursor (small) movement and it will keep the monitor is on always. Or ..., disable Power Management completed.
  12. Intel-VT can be disabled from BIOS if the option is available.
  13. Revisited the same server with the same scenario in AH-64D, the issue could be reproduced.
  14. @MAXsenna, thanks so much. I have confirmed that the download directory is under Steamapps and it is "steamapps/downloading". The exception directory sets to "steamapps" for both download and installation
  15. Yes, I mean JESTER. Thanks.
  16. While waiting for comments from someone knows the answer... There is another tool called MovingMap at:
  17. Hi, Will the RIO release chaff for the incoming SAM launch? I have tested the air-to-air, my RIO would release either chaff or flares (depends) the incoming missile and I have confirmed the following thread: But, I did not see my RIO release chaff from the F2 view when the SAM missile was approaching. Should the pilot do something? Thanks.
  18. I have the dark color for both "dcs.exe" files under bin and bin-mt. I remembered that DCS is in MT, and no more ST.
  19. A question for the exception rule in Steam (not after the DCS installation): My DCS installation is at "E:\games\Steams\steamapps\common\DCSWorld", and my Steam storage is "E:\games\Steams" If I have my AV exception rule at "E:\games\Steams", will it be the wide open due to the temporary download file may be captured by AV? Thanks.
  20. So far, the crater happened more frequently at airfields when taxiing to me.
  21. Hi @cfrag, thanks for info
  22. Sorry about it. Yes, I did have the same message for the steam download, and I disabled my AV for 1 hr to let it down and install. Then, turned AV back online. PS: just in case, I finished my installation, and I ran the file integration check to make all files were to go from steam.
