What would you invest in and back as a development for DCS if you have the money like a lottery win ? Here is mine ! Knowing it takes too long to develop individual aircraft, I would ask a development team to design a module like FC3 called 'The Century Fighters' This would have in the package: North American F-100 Super Sabre McDonnell F-101 Voodoo Convair F-102 Delta Dagger Lockheed F-104 Starfighter Republic F-105 Thunderchief Convair F-106 Delta Dart Same level of detail as the Su33/27 cos it's a survey module BUT all airframes with PFM. I think that casual simmers are a little neglected in DCS and 'entertainment' would sell to a different market. Obviously the package would have the classic adversaries (which would make no difference to me cos i don't fight) and possibly a new map. If it sold well, development of each aircraft could become a full DCS module ;-) What do you think if I could finance the project with a good developer for DCS, Is there a market ? Mizzy

This sort of post amazes me every time ! What do people expect ? this is a computer programme and the more you over load it the worse your performance on average computers. Just build missions a simple as possible and remember it's 2018 computers not quantum computers. My system is 32 meg ram, 8 meg video i7 core intel and reasonable motherboard and I expect just reasonable performance as I like high graphic settings and resolution understanding I can't have it all. Just saying. Mizzy

Totally agreed. I think the Mig29 when it receives it's PFM will possibly be a big seller for both the stand alone and FC3. It's the big thing missing in DCS and such a great model and cockpit....please can we have the PFM, I promise to pay again for this aircraft !! Mizzy

You can see all obstacles through it's way ! You have seen the light Brother ! All we need now is a fix. As a matter of interest the Chinese J-117 or whatever model doesn't have the same graphic glitch !! I thought they were the same model, evidently not ! Same we can't substitute that model for the Su27 until they fix it ! Mizzy

Nope, you are wrong !! There is a graphical problem and you can quite easily see it if you go external and move your mouse down over the side of the airplane. It's very annoying but not a travesty !! Mizzy

Hi I am doing the training in the Viggen how to start the jet up from cold but when it comes to 'altering pitch trim it doesn't do anything so I can't move on in the training until I do. It says move it to 3 for take off with fuel tank so how do you do it ? Any help would be appreciated. Mizzy

My advice, get a top of the range single graphics card for commercial gaming products. Mizzy

You still need an SSD I suspect ;) It's a bit subjective as one can appreciate...it all depends if you like high settings like trees and textures which for me is a must. So I personally would look more to the recommended spec as a 'reasonable guide' to getting the graphics looking decent and pretty !! Oh btw, I play in 4K resolution. Mizzy
