  3. I've had success turning off my engines with this method: 1) Roll inverted 2) Count to 10+ seconds ;)

  9. My attempt at flying an A-10 high airshow demo routine. Based loosely on AFI11-246v1 and the A-10 West and A-10 East Air Combat Command Demo team manoeuvres. Select 1080p go full screen, crank the volume and enjoy! Apologies for the lousy editing...
  10. There's no parking brake. You just have to apply the brakes and hold em.

  14. Been practicing an airshow demo routine. Got a track of one that I was happy with, nice landing, taxi off runway etc. did not hit anything... Replayed track and everything was good until landing when it showed me clipping a truck (which explodes) and then landing in the grass to the side of runway and getting stuck... Definately a problem with the replay system. I was changing the external views.

  22. But why was it venting that much fuel out of that rear fuselage vent?
  23. I think it's safe to assume they were not doing an IFR check during the demo... so that leaves a mechanical issue which is also what Paulrkii suggests earlier in this thread. Thanks for all the comments guys. I bet there was an interesting bit of discussion on the discrete freq between the safety observer and the demo pilot during this performance. The rest of the performance went as scripted.

  25. Looks like smoke but if you watch the vid carefully you will see that the a/c it is clean. No center smoke. I dont remember ever seeing an A-10 demo with smoke cannisters actually. I dont think this is smoke. Sniped by Paulrkii
