  1. That’s a limitation of the Viper TQS and explained in the first post. If I remember correctly, each of those switches only has one led in and so it isn’t possible to fully mimic the real aircraft/simulator. Notice the Low/Alt indicator has both illuminated but not in the sim. I have coded the Act/Pwr switch to illuminate when there is activity. It’s a pity that Thrustmaster went to great efforts to produce this throttle but chose not to put todo led’s in these switches. I do have another TM script that will cycle through all the LEDs when DCS connects and disconnects. If you like, you could give that a test.
  2. Right. Best I don't do any more updates in that case!
  3. Create a new Scripts folder if it’s missing from saved games.
  4. That's odd as I still have it on my tablet GUI.
  5. I wonder if there is a registry setting that could be added. It seems odd, though, but not improbable. I'd expect it to go entirely in the future or not fully work. Thanks. That would be me. So, thanks once again.
  6. Experimenting with my 3D printer and thought I'd add a lightbox to my pegboard of flight-sim gear. The QPro, Wacom tablet and Corsair Virtuoso mounts are all 3D printed and have magnetic charging ports.

  7. If you let me know what you expect the LEDs to do with the A-10C and Warthog I can look at adding it for you.
  8. Ok. That’s weird as all my buttons work as I have configured them through OKB.
  9. I'm using 6.4.6-1. Maybe try updating to the latest version.
  10. Are you using the PTC version or normal release version? Either way, perhaps try switching to one or the other.
  11. Might be obvious but have you tried rebooting your PC?
  12. All appears to work as expected for me. HTCC tracks, Open Kneeboard responds to Wacom pen and buttons. Are you sure your Wacom tablet was still awake/connected? Are you using the latest OKB build v1.8.2? HTCC: Are you sure you haven't parked it (Fred calls it hibernate) by raising your hand above your head? You may not have done that deliberately, but merely having your hand in view and then lowering your head could put HTCC to sleep. I think I turned this off and instead reduced the working FOV through the registry settings so that the cursor only reacts to hand movements if it is in that FOV. That way I am able to reach out and grab the mouse without HTCC taking control. Registry Settings | HTCC (fredemmott.com)
  13. When I get a chance, I'll see if I have the same problem, as I also have a Wacom tablet, OKB, etc.
  14. Probably best to ask Fred on his discord server. https://discord.gg/XQzRSxeT
  15. 1 year warranty. The complete unit must be returned for battery replacement in that period due to IATA regulations.
  16. I’m not blaming you at all. I’ve said that I am unable to break it through normal use and I have demonstrated it. Here’s a 12 inch drop onto a metal plate. I can’t break it from that height and it can withstand at least 4kg of weight. 12 inch Drop Test 720p.mp4
  17. Here is a photo with 4kg (8.8 lbs) hanging from the tang. That's over 4 bags of sugar (UK), so it will not break under normal use.
  18. Yes, I know. I did a test print on the side this afternoon. However it’s just not a clean print in many respects. As I have said many times, this will not break if it isn’t misused. It takes a considerable amount of force to break and as it only serves to fit around a finger, little to no force would be applied to it in normal use.
  19. I have no plans to incorporate a strap at this time. Velcro would itch and irritate as the hook side is not a soft material. Pointctrl uses an elasticated band, I believe, and would require a locking mechanism to allow for adjustment. All of this will increase production time and material costs, which ultimately will increase the cost of the unit. Making the ring whole is an option, but it would provide zero flex when opening and closing your fingers. As I said earlier, the Slugmouse will not break if it is not misused, as with any plastic product.
  20. Indeed, 3D-printed plastic is not as strong as injection-molded products. For the limited quantities of this product, injection moulding is not viable. That said, to break the lower ring section, I had to make a fist so tight that I was digging my nails into my palm. There should never be a need or reason to do that with the Slugmouse. If extra grip is needed, you only need to close the gap between your index and middle finger lightly. It is important to get the fit right, either by having your fingers measured by a jeweller or buying a set of ring gauges. It’s best to avoid measuring fingers when cold, as that is when fingers are at their smallest. Be mindful that fingers are at their largest in the evening, so that is a good time to measure, as it will help to ensure the ring will fit comfortably all day. If your measurement leaves you between two sizes, it’s best to go for the slightly larger option.
  21. HTCC works with VD. Fred confirmed this just a few posts back. Longevity is similar to anything made of plastic. If you don’t misuse it, there is no reason for it not to last.
  22. I think they meant they can't see the cursor in your video. Maybe suggest they use a PC, not a phone, to watch the video with.
