  1. I think this one works quite well in general. And is quite some fun until you win it. edited it a bit to have a clearer western/eastern bloc differentiation between blue/red sides in regards of flying units - left the ground units as they where. null But two things that came up: Something changed either in the mission (more units through convoys?) or DCS because I can only play it with lower terrain graphics to free GPU memory it seems, last time I tried it worked with higher details. If you upgrade SAM N and the SAM on the left side you get red units instead of blue ones (and they recapture the site when you don't have tanks nearby).
  2. I really love that mission! 2 questions though: Is it compatible with the relatively new "Save mission" feature from DCS? Do you plan to port it to other maps like the new Germany Cold War?
  3. So i made a quick tour about Berlin as a city and it's POI and I must say I'm a bit disappointed. Some of the larger POI are ok made but a lot of iconic stuff is either completely wrong or just missing. And in normal living areas there is just so much wrong stuff it's completely immersion breaking when you know the area. Roads where no roads should be, water where no water should be, high rise buildings that never where and completely wrong architecture most of the other areas. The iconic Luftbrückendenkmal from 1951 is missing. Old Stations for the railway are missing too - Bahnhof Zoo for example but nearly all other stations too. Zitadelle Spandau? Is an old fortification - in map it's a park with some houses. Elevation data is also off - Kreuzberg? The hill next to the Grunewald Radar Station? Müggelberge? Havelberge? all flat terrain. We will see what the next updates of the map will bring. For now it's ok when you want to spot some "I saw that on a postcard" thing from 15k upwards but if you want to fly low level it's just a generic randomized city with some sprinkles auf authenticity in between.
  4. For how much, or less, vertical velocity are you aiming on touchdown? -400 is quite doable even with a really sloppy approach. null
  5. Still crazy GUI and Game lags if polling is above 500 here at gamestart. No change when reducing it after start, has to be done before DCS launches.
  6. Would love to have a saved or settable kneeboard position because, yes with multiscreen its always on the wrong spot and size initially.

  8. Doing software I curious of the "Why"? We explicitly sell not time limited but would be curious why the release branch of DCS will deactivate when it is too old.

  10. There seems to be a problem with one of the Phantom spots for the AI This one here sat there all the time vibrating with running engines but never managed to leave the parking spot

  12. Would love to have that for the Apache too - makes it soo much smoother to fly it with short sticks.
  13. I accidentially stumbled over you mission and it's an instant favorite! On the "Rotorheads" server there is a script for the Gazelle so it can call in artillery strikes. Would be nice to have this functionality (maybe for $ per call in to limit it's spam-abilitie) for Gazelle/Kiowa or even all Planes that can (laser) designate a target.
  14. Like you spot a target, lase it, radio an AI plane to come by and drop an LGB (heck even a dumb bomb would be a start) onto the lased position. Does that exist or is it even possible?
  15. In that track you shot one into the truck and the others into the woods behind - at least when I replay it
  16. Bomb release and changes made in the UFC in dropped quantity and interval are not visible in replay. "Live": Change QTY to 8, interval to 50, go low, drop ordnance "Track": UFC activates, UFC deactivates, goes low, no drop , track ends. Testes with: double snakeyes on all wing stations, center tank.

That kick-in feels really like "on rails" - I obviously don't have real world chopper and gazelle experience but that kick in when the autopilot "janks" the chopper back in place is something that is that violent in the real one too or is here still a lot of adjusting necessary from polychops side? My approach is trimming it out until in a - more or less- stable hover and then first activate hover hold and when that feels kida stable activate scope follow.
  18. No even the tinyest update makes me feel that this thing is dead now. too sad, really liked the plane since the Janes days.

  20. What is the current state of the plugin and the dcs bios beta - stil maintained or is 1.0.4 the last one ?
  21. I'd say only through different UIMask files sadly. But curious if someone finds another way.
  22. After the change of plans event after the valley crossing (damage to plane) there is music starting that can*t be shut off with radio 2 controls
