  1. Can you try disabling volumetric light or use the settings I put here https://forum.dcs.world/topic/356128-reshade-vr-enhancer-mod-vrem/page/6/#findComment-5595871
  2. Ok, so currently I’m able to inject reshade technique on one of the last pixel shader render target, I know if I’m on left eye, right eye, inner view or outer view. It is rendered to the HMD but not to the screen, but just because the mirror is done before my changes. But I’m in DirectX rendering, not openXR. I also have access to depth map, even to a stencil map. What should be feaseable to have VRS in this config ?
  3. Ensure to install the reshade version with addon support, and there is a screencopy in first post of supported settings. cockpit illumination should be off. I do not know for OpenXR toolkit, as it is not compliant with quad view I disabled it for the Varjo. Try at first without it, and once it will work test to enable it again. What is the "force enable VR" ?
  4. See explanation on the first post: you should not install OpenXR support for Reshade, only DirectX11. You MUST install all the components of the mod : the addon, the shaderreplace,..If you remove any .cso file, it will make DCS crashing. I keep it in this way to have people informed of any missing components. Have a look also the videos showing how to setup the different options. The mod is smart enough to load only what is selected in the mod settings. For example if you did not select any option needing the stencil mask (not your case as you want label feature), the texture will not be copied. Same for NS430 texture (not your case also). Only needed shaders (.cso file) will be used. Just tick the things you want, maintain the other unticked. That's it.
  5. Hello, I think it's worthless to do it for DCS as you already provided the needed tools for Varjo and other HMD, but I'm wondering what could be done for IL2 GB with reshade addon... I'm now able to do things in this way, having access to all render target, replace shaders code, inject CB, copy texture from 1 PS to another,...: Reshade VR Enhancer Mod (VREM) - Utility/Program Mods for DCS World - ED Forums But I always had in mind it will not be feasible to force the engine to do 4 rendering instead of 2.
  6. By "shadow" I mean the footprint of the cockpit in the menu (you named it like that previously). So it is normal as the effect apply on the whole picture, whatever there is a menu or not. Setting mask for menu would be a lot of work. I tried the F18 quick mission in Syria with cockpit only for HDR, there is not change on external color when enabling/disabling HDR, only cockpit is changing...So I can not reproduce. You did not capture the frame (maybe you did not set the debug feature...). Anyway, there is something strange : effects seems compiled 2 times in your config... Just to be sure, could you uninstall VREM and reshade, delete all *.ini files (it will reset your VREM settings, maybe you could backup DCS_VREM.ini), re install reshade and VREM and unzip this zip containinig my DCS_VREM.ini file into bin-mt, then launch the game ? DCS_VREM.zip
  7. you should always have the shadow, as the effect and its mask is applyed on the whole picture. I have it for example at the beginnign of quick mission for AH64 when the briefing box is displayed. I do not have afghanistan, I can not reproduce. Can you try with Sirya, PG, Normandy ? Can you aslo try the button "refresh technique" when you have the issue in caucasus after afghanistan ? And can you do a "capture frame" and put the reshade.log when in afghanistan and having the saturated color issue ?
  8. But not if you are flying directly in Caucasus and not start with Afghanistan ?
  9. Can you reproduce with another plane and put track here ? I do not have the F16C, but I have the F18, the AV8, the P51.FC planes and of course the Su25T. When you have saturated color outside, is the cockpit in HDR anyway ?
  10. You have the issue if you are using bot eyes for IHADSS, as circle are not collimated at infinite. I did a fix for this in my mod, but an option to skip boresighting would be great.
  11. I did not encounter it.. But you should press "reload" only once, check you no more have the technique only for inner view, then restart game and check if effect is OK once in cockpit.
  12. Hello, that's strange...I'll have a look. EDIT : I had the same issue than you but press on button "reload" at the botton of "home" tab, it seems it fixed the issue even after a DCS restart...could you try ?
  13. It seems broken, I added a link to the gitHub release in the first post.
  14. It seems the DCS site had an issue, I'll upload it again tomorrow...
  15. Version 7.2 with HDR version for VREM added in first post.
  16. Good ! There is an HDR effect in sweetFX (effect set you have when installing reshade). Could you try it and report if it fit your need ? I'll see then to create a version for VREM having cockpit settings.
  17. You should have installed reshade + VREM 7.1 mod, deleted shaderHunter.addon64, untick any addon other than VREM Have selected colorMatrix_for_VREM in reshade effects, plus set somthing to see its effect (eg red at 100%, for all view, and all parts ) Have selected "reshade technique in VR..." (see below) and restarted the game Then go to cockpit and check if you can see the red color in VR If not working, use the debug option "capture frame" of VREM and send again the reshade.log. If working, test if areas (cockpit, external) are working (you may need to press the "refresh technique" button so see changes in VR.
  18. Sorry but I need at first the reshade.log done with VREM debug feature...of course with only VREM enabled and shaderhunter disabled.
  19. 2025/01/31 for DCS version DCS 2.9.12.5336 => version 7.1 Fix a bug making reshade effects not available in VR for some configuration. This version in first post should solve your issue (I hope).
  20. I tried your settings and they are breaking the mod. The culprits are often cockpit illumination, SSAO, SSLR, Lens effects. Check your setting with the picture in 1st post. DLAA is working with the mod, MSAA4x is not supported (that's just it add work for me, and it's too taxiing for VR).
  21. Just save your file, test with mine and restore yours later. If it is working with my file it means you are not using settings advertised in first post.
  22. Finally I had time to have a quick look. You keep VREM active with shaderHunter...So I can not get the info I want. Could you please redo the operation without VREM ticked in addon section ?
  23. Thanks ! But I'll not be able to look at it before Friday... Did you ensure you have the good options as shown in first post ? Could you try by replacing your "option.lua" with the one I put here : https://forum.dcs.world/topic/356128-reshade-vr-enhancer-mod-vrem/page/6/#findComment-5595928 ?
