2024/11/09 for DCS version DCS DCS 2.9.9.2474 => version 4.0 fix Haze no more working with last version some optimization, color PS no more modified if not used, label moved back to "misc" section new version available in first post. -

Hello, check your option : You should have an option that is changing the shader used for global illumination. MSAA4x is not supported. Unfortunatelly, Reshade is not supporting so well VR. I tried to use effect in shader output, but the developper confirmed me it can not work at the moment... -

Maybe I should give more explanation : when you select "activate xx feature", the related shaders will be taken in to account, as the actitvity they are triggering (eg texture copying for NS430 and color/deband/label). But if you do not toggle the option, it will not be changed. Example for color : "activate color feature" will change the original shader by the modded one. But if you do not tick "enable color change", no color change will be done. You need by the way select "enable color change" to change colors settings in GUI. Maybe I'll rework a bit the mod to group the feature needing change on global pixel shader different of the one needing only the stencil texture.... MSAA4x is not supported (as written in first post), but MSAA2x should work. That's strange...If you enable "misc" feature you should have control of haze. Could you enable "debug", push on the button "capture frame", close game and post the files reshade.log and DCS_VREM.ini ? -

4.4 I do not know if the issue is with 4.3 or because I uninstalled (plus registry hack) then re installed mbucchia Varjo-Foveated. But if you think you lost some fps, re install Varjo base with last version...In worst case you'll have same fps, in best case you'll go to normal fps. -

I had also bad fps, far worse than in the past... So after reading your post, I went to Varjo site to download the last 3.x version. Then I saw there was the 4.4 version since the 1st of October, I missed it. So I installed it and went form 72 fps in A10CII / instant action / takeoff to 90 fps ! In DCS, QV enabled, eye tracking disabled, mbucchia Varjo Varjo-Foveated. -

Great ! Honestly, there are a lot of graphic options , I do not know which ones are breaking the mod...Maybe you check all differences and change them one by one...But I'm not sure I'll update the mod, because it would mean fix new shaders, so more work.... My mod is not working if I'm using your config. Could you have a look in options on first post and align them ? You can also try to use my config at first to check if the mod is wokring on your rig with my settings. options.lua -

Did you install reshade with addon and no option/ related to VR ? Only the option shown here should be selected. The logs are showing the rotor shader is not detected or the feature is not activated. -

Hello, this mod will not allow you to apply reshade post processing on game display. This is an autonomous "addon", it can only do its own effects to game output, at least for the moment. It should work for all VR headsets, even if I tested it for Varjo only. 2024/09/17 for DCS version DCS 2.9.7.59263 => version 3. add NVG height position (in "misc" section) improve NS430 workaround that was not working in all cases, the area on which it can be moved can be increased code optimization : only needed features are now to be enabled (using settings) to reduce mod footprint some settings may be lost and will have to be set and save again. -

2024/08/16 for DCS version 2.9.7.59074 => version 2.0 fix TADS video disabling in IHADSS not working for cold start fix Rotor hide still active in specific case (reflect at night for example) add NVG resize (in "misc" section) add NS430 workaround add IHADSS convergence settings for boresight when IHADSS is displayed for both eyes add left eye disabling for IHADSS when IHADSS is displayed for both eyes some code rework Most settings are obvious, but here are some notes on using the mod IHADSS boresight and left eye disabling I'm old now and I need to save my eyes and my brain. So I set the IHADSS for both eyes display. But in this context this is nearly impossible to boresight it, as the crosshair is collimated at infinite, and not the bulleye...so I setup an option to activate and set a special convergence of IHADSS, to have the crosshair at the same depth than the bulleye. At first activate the settings (either by the GUI or by pressing SHIFT+i) and then use GUI to setup the convergence at the good level. Of course, there is not one single convergence for pilot and CPG, but you can move a bit your head forward or backward to make it working. IHADDS in both eye may be a bit uncomfortable to look in cockpit, so you can disable left eye by pressing ALT+i NS430 workaround Having the NS430 floating in front of your eye is just impossible, most of us are not using a controller, so we can not use it on arm. I setup a workaround to display the NS430 screen in the area in which the menu, comms, kneeboard are displayed. You'll still need to use the "in front of your eye" view to setup things in the NS430 but at least you can fly and use the display. You can use ALT+V to toggle display of NS430. Beware: even if the NS430 is no more displayed, all buttons and so on are still active: if you put your cursor on their place you will see labels. You can customize the positon, depth and size of the NS430 screen using the GUI. -
You can try my mod The sharpen is only applied on cockpit and can be tune in game (even if you have to plat with reshade GUI in the mirror screen to set and the VR display to check).
