  1. Deano, I know you are trying to help, but bro, settle down. Your comments tend to lean on the negative side - try the glass half full on the next one  Just something to think about. The reply was perfect, and what I was looking for until we have a better solution.
  2. Thanks! That will be perfect for now.
  3. Is there a way to save your cockpit settings so that you do not have to set up the Chaff/Flare dispense quantites (with the ICP) each time you load the sim? Thanks for any help on this.
  4. Something like TacView would be great - at some point (with the in game graphics). In the mean time, TacView is pretty awesome to use. It reminds me of the old ACMI in Falcon 4.0 - but much better. https://www.tacview.net/product/en/
  5. Ok, thanks for the feedback.
  6. Yeah, thanks for the input, but we are looking at this from two different perspectives. You are thinking about making the change once you are in the pit. I'm thinking about being able to make the change before I select my mission. Again, this is just a wish list and not a to-do list
  7. Like this: Thanks.
  8. Lol, np. So good question. Here is where I would like to see the addition (it can be in a pick-list format like the other options on the screen capture below):
  9. Wow, easy Don. Btw, decaf may be the way to go for you. If I thought it was the easiest way to go, I would not have posted here. Look, relax, this is named the wish list thread for a reason.
  10. Thanks Deano. Just hoping someday we will have an easier way to do this swap.

    Easy refueling

No worries, this is the "wish list" thread. I think he was just posting about something he wished to see, and the rest of us chimed in. We realize that a lot of the items in this thread may never see the light of day
  12. MVS-Viper

    Easy refueling

    Yes!
  13. Not high on the list of priorities. But, at some point, it would be great to have the option to swap skins from the in-game options menu.
  14. Yes! Just like many other features in DCS, (as stated earlier) the user has discretion to activate or use.
  15. Use TMS up to lock the target.
  16. Nicely done. My only suggestion is that you add smoke on the next one.
  17. It was fixed with the December 24th update. It is working well with the TM Cougar controller on my end.
  18. He has stated on other posts that he is working on one. Don't think he gets paid for his time and effort on these great guides - so let's be patient on this one. I'm sure that when he is done with it, it will be worth the wait.
  19. The Range works well if you map the OSB buttons to the Cougar. Here is how I have mine set-up: Joystick File: I also use the CURVE command in the Joystick file for better control of the mid range movements. The command is: USE CURVE (RNG, -2) Macro File: In Game:
  20. Not sure that is possible. But that would be cool, although I would need a new controller. The one I am using only has two mappable rotaries. Using one for Antenna Elevation, and the other for Radar Range.
  21. Using the Cougar with the Foxy file I posted in the DCS User Files Section. The only modification is replacement pots using Cub Pilot's hall sensors, many years ago. Everything seems to be working smoothly, but I have not tried AA refueling to see just how sensitive the Throttle input is with the A/C.
  22. Thanks for the reply, and you are correct. There is not a button for this in the real jet. However, in the real jet is is easy to re-set the trim by moving the trim wheels on the left console back to center. Unfortunately, we don't have that luxury with a flight sim, so a single key press centering option would be a nice compromise.
  23. Is there a way to re-set, or center the trim? If not can we add a re-set feature on a future update. Thanks.
  24. Thanks Chuck - for all of your hard work. Looking forward to seeing the finished product when you are done.
  25. I've noticed it does not always work on some missions, like free flight. But try it on the landing mission. Both Throttle Idle and Throttle Off seem to work well in this mission.
