  1. Uninteresting debate? Are we finally getting conformal fuels tanks that can be taken on and off?
  2. Despayre

    FFB Stick for F15E?

I think they already made that ship... We just need to wait for DCS to create an API for "Death Blossom".
  3. Am I just looking at the wrong thing here? Isn't that exactly the look when you have the red flood on? And doesn't the image look like it's set to "DIM" instead of "OFF"?
  4. Are you calling my girl fat?!
  5. It looks like you have your red floodlight turned on. Turn that off and you will be left with the illumination of the instruments only.
  6. Iron Mike is very active in these forums, I'm sure he'll be along at some point to comment if he has something to add to this, at the very least, to suggest someone file a decent bug report in the appropriate section if needed.
  7. You've completely misunderstood my concerns. They have nothing to do with the content of that website. It's the content you DON'T see that concerns me.
  8. Pretty sure SME's can corroborate, this is an accurate representation of F-14 pilots. I don't see the problem here.
  9. That might be true, but as someone that spends days making sure clients don't do dumb things with their buildings' internet services, the LAST thing I'm gonna do is touch a Russian or Chinese website for information about a French airplane (or generally for anything), but that's just me I guess. I'm sure it's solid. /s
  10. You claim that piece of info is "widely available" and yet, you provide a link from a Russian website only?? You so funny. Like anyone in their right mind would click on that link these days... newbie hackers, they're so cute...
  11. Always proofread carefully to make sure you didn't any words out. (I have nothing else useful to add here )
  12. I kinda liked the ability to land anywhere and hop out to put on my own wheel chocks, can you put them back on their handy wing-mounted storage point please?
  13. Not sure if this is a module, or DCS, issue, (or neither?) but here it is... Jumping into a cold plane, until my throttles are pulled back past the idle detent, they are not in sync with the cockpit, and moving them around does nothing (until pulled all the way back to off, then they work normally). However, when jumping into a hot plane the throttle is immediately active (happened to be in AB when I left my previous plane, [possibly very unexpectedly dammit!])... by the time I was situated in the cockpit, the plane had already moved several 100 ft... and Andersen Tower was asking me all sorts of legit questions... like "Where are you?" and then "how did you get way over there?" and "why did you just cross an active runway?" ... Towers smh... those guys need decaf, but I digress... Is this the expected behaviour for the throttles? Shouldn't it be one or the other all the time? IE, throttles should remain disconnected from the controls, until they are positionally in sync to start with regardless of engine state?
  14. I have that happen all the time on single player, one other aircraft (friendly) when I lock him, Jester tells me about it, at least 5x in a row... never hopped in the back during any of those flights.
  15. Mission accomplished.
  16. Literally 12 pages of SME's, enthusiasts, and I believe, at least 1 person from the company that makes the module, telling you, it's not gonna happen, and yet, here you still are, trying to push for it anyway... Ya, you're right, visual impairment is a real thing. Perhaps forums aren't the right place for you.
  17. How is it not working as intended?
  18. I believe that's real-life accurate. Everyone knows that F-14 pilots never die. (insert your own ", they just ____ ." here).
  19. That's great info! Thanks. Also, I ran that little tip you left at the end, and here's the additional one I came up with: F5 - RIGHT_MFCD Also F14 - ECMD ( but I think you just typoed above)
  20. This might be a dumb question, and if it's covered somewhere in this thread and I just didn't see it, feel free to just tell me that... my question is: Is there a list somewhere of all the possible screens that can be exported this way (preferably broken down by aircraft)?
  21. I did not know the TID was an option... mind blown... and when it gets back together, I'm off to mess up my entire DCS setup... Very cool...
  22. We're 12 pages in, clearly, NOT obvious to everyone.
  23. I seem to remember there's certain apps that insist on being last (or first?) in the export.lua file. I know the Winwing software also warns about that... it's possible you're running into an issue like that too. Hope that helps.
  24. Right. Making X for width, and Y for height. Don't change X when you have a problem with Y.
