One "click-click" on the AP standby trigger is the most immediate way to do it IRL.

For non-French readers, in general:
DECOL is short for Décollage, which means Take-Off.
So this red warning is the "take-off configuration" warning. As such, it tests a number of things. Only if all are OK will the light go out.
Sometimes, at landing, the warning will be triggered. This has to be expected.
Most obvious cases are:
- manual trim off center
- slats manually set out (in case of engine troubles).
