  1. No, I meant the manual i.e the default (Razbam's) one. Chuck makes guides. ;)
  2. That you'll find in the manual. Don't you see an indicator looking like this in your HUD? :detective:
  4. Hi Simple: You don't. :smartass: The Δ is not there to show the route to your waypoint. The little house is, OTOH. But, there is (currently) a bug sometimes (something to do with the "heading 0" or 360, a maths problem I guess), where the "house" can make you do almost a full circle to take your heading, instead of doing just a nice turn. While waiting for a fix about this, best is to check with the HSI (that's good practice anyway). ++ Az' PS: there is a sub-forum for M-2000C topics ;)
  5. Here it is:
  6. Will be solved once PPA is released (i.e. next update) :)
  7. smudge, did you try one step further i.e.: - delete personal (as you already did) - delete default (from DCS main directory) - run a repair (so get default ones back) - try again If still same thing, could you be more specific? I.e. which control are you trying to assign? What's your gear and what are your input hardware devices? AFAIK Razbam wasn't able to reproduce the "bug" for now. I can't either. Without reproduction, fix can't be done.
  8. In DCS: - F-16: 4m² - M-2000C: 2.5m² - M-2000-5: 5m² (yes, it's not logical)
  9. It's a feature for developpers/debugging, de-activated on release versions.
  10. Good question; perhaps a typo? Sounds illogical indeed to me too.
  11. Nice vid anyway; found it there too.
  12. Not on the M-2000C. TFR is on the N and D variants.
  13. It is known :)
  14. You should :) Or a track.
  15. ZHeN, this is not what I saw. Plus I don't see how you can be sure that F-16 (AI in DCS, by definition) switches from TWS to STT ;) Last time I checked: - missile alarm sound when radar SAM launch (not tested all types => to be done) OK - missile alarm sound when Fox 3 goes pitbull OK - no missile alarm sound when fighter (any) shoots Fox 1 (only the lock sound) (but slight difference visually on the RWR if you pay attention). BUG
  16. Do they? Not my recollection. A few seconds more generally.
  17. Didi, really?
  18. Uh? Could you describe with a bit more details please? - 1.5.3 or 2.0? - what missile (exact name)? - which fuel tank or A-to-G weapons? Nota: If 2.0 and/or using non "Matra" missiles => you are using outdated things, try on 1.5.3 Thanks :)
  19. Hi Already reported internally, but low priority. FWIW, given the F2 view info bar, AI aircraft consider slats as flaps obviously.
  20. You won't get the specifics, but principles are available most of the time. Not main stream publications, but still. And when not, indeed educated guess is the way to go. You may read what Tharos wrote about the F-15 (in another topic, sorry I have not time to find the link now) on that matter.
  21. silentconvo, agreed in general. Just one point: CW is not used on all the fighters we have. So it's not "only" the CW that RWR should be able to detect; that would be "too easy" ;) (I'm speaking about the missile guidance phase, of course)
  22. Nothing more for me as of now. :)
  23. Overall, probably simpler indeed; but I'm sure it manages that specific (& important) point :)
  24. Zeus, perhaps the notion of radar horizon could be implemented (if it's not already)? Based on FC aircraft constatations (people, don't fret, FC modelization of air-air radar is quite evoluted): - doppler filter is only activated when ground returns are detected - this is calculated (for FC) by a tangent to the horizon: if all of your beam is above this tangent, then no doppler filter = no capability for the bandit to notch you. - I don't think FC aircraft take the mountains into account. Perhaps this is doable for DCS modules? Would be even better.
