Made a nice gain for me to
-
Just played 16 and JTAC has no response, and wingman radio is aft but no verbal communication is said or displayed although he does attack the target mortars if you ask him. Also one of the vehicles at the grid reference is dark grey/black and is immortal/indestructible for some reason. The mission does move on after the mortars are destroyed and you do get 100 points on landing. Latest open beta.

Just to confirm this, no raindrops on canopy in pre-set 1 & 2 in VR. Rain drops are on the canopy in pre-set 1 & 2 in monitor 2D view though.

Sorry haven't found a way to do that yet -
Just tested this mission and everything works as it should, I land Rwy21L and wait on holding area off runway, Biff orbits and lands as he should Rwy21R then taxies across airfield which is normal and has been like this from day one, change to ground frq and follow Biff to parking are, shutdown and 100pts.

Here you go, try this one, just change the file name to sceneVRsceneVR Tomcat Fighting Checkmates.lua

Hopefully a T50 pod too plus dra and aim9 combo would be nice as its in the stores management page on the MFCD already....oh along with an 184 long....

Canopy surround seems to be missing in VR when viewed from the cockpit.

Found this video @Snoopy with UHF colour, so have changed mine to something that is slightly more grey than white So now I have this for day And this for night Materials Lua changed to 245, 245, 245, with brightness 70 for the radio and repeater and clock to 50 brightness My Gamma in settings is 2 -
Adding Weapons to aircraft in the VR Hanger Use Model Viewer to get weapons for your aircraft, Move the weapons onto the pylons by using the x,y,z co-ordinates, The top row of controls the position on the pylon, first box is moving the weapon along the pylon front to back, second box is distance from the ground up to the pylon, third box is the distance from the centreline of the aircraft to the pylon, minus(-) means right wing. The bottom row controls the rotation of the weapon and the angle of the weapon from front to back i.e -4 is 4 degrees angled down. Open your sceneVR lua file, save a copy then edit the file in Notepad++ adding the code below, save a copy to your desktop to replace everytime there is a DCS update Place the file back in your demoscenes folder and enjoy your aircraft with weapons in the hanger You can save multiple weapons loadouts and chose a different one every time you fly a new campaign

Thanks, is the UHF and repeater colour correct (aquamarine as I have it) or is that amber too, or grey even -

Clock Colour Found this video by @Snoopy so have adjusted the RGB colours to somewhere between Amber and Champagne ( 255, 200, 150, 30) The last number '30' controls brightness so '0' is nothing and '100 to 255' is ultra bright. '30 to 50' (I chose 30) works well all weathers day or night. Just need to find the correct actual colours for the UHF and repeater for day and night, anyone know? -
reported A10c ii MFCD backlight brightness not working

Good point, I do keep a mods folder on the desktop for when the updates happen -
Bit of fun for the A10C if you want to fly with the Long, I can get it on the plane and load in the inventory but as yet not working as a Jammer. Open your mission with notepad++ and use the weapon name "ALQ_184_Long" on pylon 1 as in the picture below. I messed about with it in a mission from Iron Flag Mission Editor sees it to Hopefully it wont be too long before its implemented by ED

Quick workaround for A10 pilots until ED fix the MFCD brightness issue. Go to DCS World Open Beta Directory, then See first image for location. Open MFCD with Notepad++ and edit with these numbers, see second image Save and your night and day displays will be much nicer, you can then use the gain button on the TGP and moving map to adjust much better. I have tested it with no issues
