  1. Is there a way to get sweetfx to work in 1.5?
  2. Make sure your SLI settings in Nvidia inspector are correct, and don't forget to press left alt + enter for full-screen mode. I was getting micro-stutters, and capped my Nvidia inspector frame rate limiter at 58. in game was indicating 60 fps and much smoother.
  3. With two Titan X's in SLI with vsync disabled/gsync enabled, and alt+Enter, I'm indicating 60 FPS; however I'm getting noticable lack of smoothness/micro stutters when looking at terrain. Its almost 'FSX like'. Definitely not as smooth as pre 1.5 Open beta
  4. Actually, R Alt + Enter solved it (Full screen mode)
  5. ***Problem Solver*** Thanks!
  6. Card two is used, but pnly 1-2%, which is why i believe there is a significant performance gap, expecially compared to the current release dcs world where the card is humping at 12-17%, giving me a steady fps of 60.
  7. SLI not working SLI is not currently working with 1.5...With a 5Ghz 4790K and two Titan X's, I should be getting 60hz, only seeing 37-40 with tearing.
  8. Sounds like we are in with DX 11 and out with SLI?
  9. what exactly did u do start to finish, I am not getting any results
  10. And also are you using the blackshrk profile?
  11. thanks i will take a look and see.
  12. Win 7 64-bit
  13. Without SLI ability, 4K monitor users are going to suffer with horrible performance issues. There has got to be a fix.
  14. That was my first thought. In DCS World, I can only get SLI to work using Nvidia Inspector. There seams to be either a lack of a profile, or lack of ability to get the blackshark inspector profile to work with openbeata.
  15. Im only seeing 30-40 fps with two titan x's, gsync appears to sometimes not work
  16. Me too, two Titan X's with FPS at 30-40
  17. Does running the repair tool delete all mods like the update tool does?
  18. I get this message anytime I try to join an online server. Latest update installed, haven't done anything differently than I always have, been around since beta
  19. Ranger79, when I click on the link, it states the file is no longer available.
  20. My monitor has an aspect ratio of 16:9. In the DCS options menu, it is auto-filled with a value similar to 1.77778. Should I remain with that value, or select my monitor's default aspect ratio?
  21. Absolutely. I was at a complete loss for the issue I was experiencing, for what was in the end a simple "Check-in-the-box" solution, which wouldn't even of emerged if Nvidia had kept folks up to date with compatible profiles. You'd think with the amount of money Nvidia spends on advertising SLI, G-SYNC, and their $1K video cards, they would assign a team with the specific responsibility of making sure all games on the market are compatible with their hardware by simply adjusting hardware profiles, etc. When I was on the Geforce forums, I was surprised at the level of frustration some customers were expressing with how the $1,000 video card and its newest drivers make certain games completely unplayable.
  22. ***Possible resolution*** So I researched DCS/SLI profiles via Google. A link to the Nvidia support forums appeared with a link to a Titan X Nvida Inspector SLI profile. It changed the default black shark SLI profile to the one titled: Windows assessment. See link: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/548123/sli/dcs-world-sli-profile/ This is subject to further testing, but after changing the SLI information, I was not able to get the problem to replicate. Keeping my fingers crossed, I'll let you guys know later.
  23. Would this solve this issue? As a reminder, the problem is NOT replicated in single-card mode. Because of that, I think it may(or may not be) and issue with the SLI configuration. Are there certain steps one must take in DCS to ensure SLI operates correctly? I.E. Nvidia Inspector settings, etc? If I may better explain the issue...which fail-safe replicates itself almost on the same time stamp in the A-10C, instant action/Spring Easy mission. After destroying the first target, the script pops up detailing the next way point (enemy patrol). Within seconds, the FPS drops from a consistent 60 FPS to between 30-34, and stays there for about a minute...then it may jump back up to 60. Notably, I have noticed it does not require a single graphical effect to induce this FPS drop. In fact, the same FPS drop replicated at Batumi, clear sky at day, empty map during preflight. As I turned on the APU, the FPS dropped to 30-34, and stayed there. I don't know if anyone has reported such an issue before, or if it is an anomaly related to operating on a 4K screen with two Titan X's in SLI. I've Google searched everywhere to no avail. Should I contact Nvidia?
  24. If there is any way around this, I would love to know!
