I am having the same issue. dropped 6 and whilst i get some impact explosion action, it does not seem to penetrate and blow the ammo dump. Glad its not just me.

i used to practice this frequently on 'the other sim' and it is very effective. Worth having a look at.

did you request a launch (F7?) or did you taxi up too fast? It's normally one of those issues. edit: im not an expert

I had a problem earlier today when i installed V2. Basically it stopped my SRS from connecting to the game. I suspect this is user error on my part, but I am just about to reinstall V2 and see if it happens again. I will update this post with my results. Loving the new features on V2. Thanks.

whenever i connect to a MP server now, the first press of F10 takes me to an extremely zoomed in map, probably showing about 100m x 100m of land. Is this normal?

always makes me laugh when this happens. Every time I spawn on the cat, I forget to unfold my wings. after about 3 minutes of it flying like a dog I seem to remember to check the external view, and sure enough the wings are folded :Operator error.

are you sure you are master arm on, within range, or in a-g mode? these things are common issues.

+1 Ive only been playing DCS since December and am disappointed with myself that I missed out on this for so many years by playing inferior sims.

the name escapes me at the moment, but there is just such a thing in the user files. great for carrier learning, it assesses you as you do the pattern and approach. if I remember, I will come back here.

not sure how to fix your issue zoomie, but i can confirm it does work in the F18 and it is awesome.

sounds like you didn't move the diamond over to make the screen the SOI. I am always doing it and then end up resetting everything in the jet before I realise.

again, with a little uncertainty of where you are up to..... If you have the list of targets imported into the aircraft, once you have done the long press, you need to go back to the ODU and press recall, and then USE. This will import the data into a target point. Then press the arrow down on the left of ODU and the marker should move down one line. again, press USE and it should become TGT 2. and so on. I am away from the jet at present, but you may also need to select the number for the target point too on the UFC as you go through the sequence. Once you have got it to work, its very satisfying to use so persevere with it.

I still can't work out with this delay on whether it is intentional or a problem with my system. Bugs the hell out of me.

Put it this way, I was taxiing out the other day behind a fully loaded F-16 while I was in my 4 maverick hornet. I did feel some load out jealousy. Having said that, I find nothing more enjoyable than stretching the elastic bands of the super carrier at the start and end of a sortie. The only answer really is to get both. Solved.
