Same thing. I joined multiplayer and it ramped up to 16GB of mem, then after 20 min or so it dropped instantly down to 9GB or so. I didn't keep an eye on it after that. Not sure if it went back up or not. 2 nights ago I had the same 16GB of ram but it never dropped.

I have an i7 4770K, 970 & 16GB RAM I was having crappy FPS (20-30) in Cacauses Map in 2.5 (No problems in Nevada or Normandy). In another post someone said turning MSAA on to 2x and then setting FXAA in Nvidia Control Panel worked so I gave it a shot. I'm now getting minimum 45 fps. Not sure why it works but it is for me. Before 2.5 anytime I turned on MSAA my frames would die. Worth a try anyway. And it looks way better with the AA. How do you know what your IPD is set to in the Rift?

Yep, TDC down to lock. I was using them no problem tonight. I used to TPOD to find targets and mav D's to kill them.

Hopefully the new clouds aren't far away.

Hopefully they will announce the F-16 after the F-18 is out. I have faith & am keeping my fingers crossed. At least we know they have worked on it in the past so it's very possible.

DCS sure doesn't like AA in any form.

You can copy and paste it onto your SSD. Just redo the shortcuts etc. Modules will still be registered if you do it this way.

Ya, it goes straight up to about 16GB when I join Multiplayer. Single is fine. Must be a leak with multiplayer. It ramps up very fast too. It's not doing it over time.

Is quick start even in yet? The Harrier is super easy to start anyway. Why don't you just learn how?

I'm getting much worse performance on Caucasus map then Nevada or Normandy. I used to run PD at 1.8 but no have had to lower that for Caucasus'. Tree's and Grass setting doesn't seem to change the fps for me at all. Not sure if that has something to do with speed trees. Turning DS off make it much better but it looks so much better with it on.

What settings are you using?

It wasn't updated on Nevada. Only Caucasus. I haven't checked the 2.5 that came out today yet.

It's only available for the OpenBeta 1.5.8 install.

It did the same for me so I used Skates updater and it showed them installed as well. Then I clicked on each and it re-checked/downloaded a little bit (3.5gb) and now works in the editor now.

It's only 1.5.8 Beta that has the update.
