  1. Same here. I'm optimistic that modul development time isn't exactly proportional (I.e. Mig took X years so the tomcat should take XX years). Developers are just getting around to their second go at it and are hopefully streamlining their techniques.
  2. Good stuff. I do the same thing. Funny that in a flying machine going as low as possible is my favorite Really enjoying the ZA myself. Really nice sensation of flying.

    No words!!!
  4. Yep spent the day with the wife a kid in San Fran. Figure I got a nice commute home traffic. Hopefully there is a nice update waiting when I able to look at my phone again.
  5. Man I always wondered if I can do CAS using a 430.
  6. Man this garmin new is suprising, not bad, just unexpected. I wonder to what extent it's going to be implemented. The realityxp version for fsx was pretty close to the real deal. Obviously DCS doesn't have nearly the same amount of airports as FSX. The garmin also can do WAAS approaches allowing for ILS like approaches into airports that have the supporting equipment.
  7. Aileron booster switch in front of the throttle
  8. Did you also remember to turn on the aileron booster switch in front of the throttle. I think after the last update it was set to off by default.
  9. Pretty cool. Off to greener pastures... Voice acting for ED maybe?
  10. Any love for desert kitties?

That pucker factor of breaking out of clouds with a mountin filling the windscreen...
  12. For an added challenge, put the tanker in an orbit.
  13. You may be waiting a while. Most modules seem to get constant updates. It would be hard to say any of them are "done"
  14. Your not kidding, when I joined the ART program (SMCO), it was a bit confusing to have Msgts out banging rivits and painting planes all reperatered up. Just regular wage grade civilian wearing the uniform during the week. To add to the confusion, at my base we work right along side the active duty and its pretty much their show. It's usually an active 7 level staff or tech making the calls. Pretty common for a pro-sup to roll up looking for answers from a master only to be referred to the staff shift supervisor.
  15. Thanks to you guys for taking the time to put this together. Very informative, from a patch wearer ta boot. he's obviously very knowledgeable in all things A-10.
  16. Impressive list to look foward too. Will be very cool to see the arresting gear in action.
  17. I believe Razbam stated it would be ready for 2.0 tomorrow via facebook. So...technically, yes
  18. This is good stuff. Thanks for sharing
  19. Good stuff!
  20. Hoover love
  21. I was thinking about how cool it would be to have 40s era vehicles be drivable in combined arms however, one thing that I would think would tricky about such a thing would be the business side of it. Combined arms is an ED product, so if LN (or any 3DP dev) created vehicles that are drivable in combined arms I would think some sort of deal would have to be made. I would wonder if LN would consider making its own combined arms type product. Or make it a bonus included feature (I know, gasp!) for LN created objects only when you purchase the map as insentive. Just random thoughts late at night about things I have no clue about.

    DCS: F-5E!

If you are hoping for an F-16 light then I'm sure you'd be dissapointed. in my opinion BSTs policy seems to be representing aircraft for when they played the biggest role in their respective time periods. just about all the aircraft they have developed were upgraded later in their lives. Even though the Huey/ f-5 are still used today, most people associate their prime with Vietnam. I can appreciate that.
