Hey guys, Don't really know where to put this; as it's mostly a track file issue / bug. However it was noticed after attempting to review the footage from my squadrons flight last night. I've been able to reproduce this and have attached a miz file along with the track and screenshots. Top and tail of it, is if you load the DTC via the Comms Menu, input your points, close the DTC in game it is fine; however within the track replay, the Layer & Map hang when you try to close the DTC and locks you out of being able to switch views (I.e. Pressing F1, F2 so on). Sure the expected workaround would be to prepare a DTC first within the mission, and load that by default - however for Replays this is a pretty significant bug imho. Especially for those who like to review their footage. As stated above this only happens on the replay. To reproduce - Jump into one of the jets (Mig29A Fulcrum was used for this, however I think it may happen with the F16 and FA18 although i've not checked yet). Open comms menu -> ground crew -> Dtc interface -> Show -> Uncheck "Do not upload tab data" -> Add 2 Points, Waypoints & Route -> Close DTC with the X at the top -> Feel free to taxi / take off at this point or just close the mission -> Watch the track -> Try to close the DTC and switch views once closed. If problem is reproducable by you guys, it should look like the screenshots i've added to this post when you close the DTC off within the Track file. Cheers Newy. Should be a relatively simple fix to be honest - if it is a bug. There is the case that I could be doing something wrong as it is a new shiny module and the documentation is lacking in that area.

Hey 9L, Newy, Wags. With the new Fulcrum release; there may be a potential bug with Smokewinders. We can turn them on by using "Missile Trigger - Fire" when armed; however consecutive presses do not turn off the smokewinders. Even when switching to Safe it would be assumed that switching to Safe would theoretically disable the smokewinders (disarming them). Currently there is no bind for "Smoke On/Off" which would be more beneficial like in other modules and the FC Mig29A. In the Track file; I've utilised both the FF Mig29 Fulcrum (First instance) and the FC Mig29A. This highlights the behaviour expected; FC Mig29A utilises Smoke On/Off bind bound to my Hotas, and as stated above new version utilising "Missile Trigger - Fire". Regards. I appreciate the quick response :). I absolutely agree with keeping this particular pack Viper Specific; the F15E pack is equally as good. I think I was more leaning towards FC24 owners & possibly consolodating the Full Fidelity modules (Likes of F14, FA-18, AV8B [handy to have in ones repetoire regardless of the ongoing RB/ED disputes]). I think your missions would be very beneficial to those users as simple as they are they help you get the job done, no fuss and without frustration. I have slightly modified my personal copy just to change the liveries; but the core remains the same. Without your missions; these gorgeous shots wouldn't be possible.

Hey man, first of all I just want to say thank you for these missions. I had a look at the description for the Airshow Demo; and it states to "Check the ReadMe file that you downloaded with this pack it has a link to the Viper Demo Team livery to download". However; within both zips from forums & user files, there doesn't seem to be a README file within the folders or anywhere after extraction. It's not a big deal for me; however I just thought I'd give you a heads up incase it comes up. Brilliant work; I haven't been flying long but these missions are a great help especially now that I have my new stick, I've been getting closer and closer each time I load in - thus showing much improvement. More so than d0ppler's training missions. A suggestion - similarly to d0ppler in regards to the formation trainers (although the beauty of these missions is that they're focused on one craft). You could probably run multiple aircraft and depending on the aircraft you choose, it spawns your lead aircraft as the same one you chose. Not sure how difficult it would be to do although a simple where / if else check within the lua scripts (keeping the waypoints / steerpoints the same) would be sufficient i would think. I'm not good with lua scripting (due to not delving into it too much). So you could check the players current selection in the list and if it matches then basically spawn the same aircraft.

Bump, Anyone manage to download the AV8B Paint kit, links from official sources and metal2mesh are dead. I would prefer a blank slate without the USM markings.
