  1. And for the F-5 in a new mission I have a constant oscillation of about 10fps (between 50 and 37).
  2. I have FPS drop with M2000 radar when I use the instant action "take off" but then I create a new mission and no FPS drop. So maybe an old mission issue, but a friend told me even with new mission he has the fps drop.... strange.
  3. Now I create a new mission in ME and heading is correct: 292T / 280M, and magnetic variation display is correct too: -12 So it must be a bug with old missions.
  4. Hi ! I did my test with instant action mission "take off" and in a new mission (so not related to old mission bug). In OBL radar mode or overfly mode after hit REC or Radar INS update on stick, when I hit "VALID" on PCN the waypoint position is not updated and REC button don't go dark. (And I am at less than 15nq as manual specified).
  5. Same issue here ! Instant action "take off". Cockpit headings 065°, external view heading 298° !!! Maybe it's link to magnetic variation in INS: it displays "-126.3"...... should be about "-12"
  6. Aaaah !!! Good ! Thanks Chizh !
  7. It's those maybe fixes I want to know. :D
  8. Does the Tiger has any update on today 2.0.3 update or it's the same version as 1.5.4 ?
  9. Mhmm.... Far from the 80mils from Belsimtek manual so....
  10. CBU-52 need 4 seconds after release to open and launch submunitions. If you release your CBU at too low altitude they may never open. And CBU-52 submunitions dispertion in game is actualy very small... I don't know for real one.
  11. Yes, 7. should be "COCKPIT AIR INLET".
  12. Before yes, now season textures change with the month you select in ME.
  13. From Belsimtek manual: From real manual: :book:
  14. Ok, so to place it on the stick is for a quick reaction and not searching for the switch on the left console ?
  15. Ok that's clear, thanks !
  16. Not in DCS:
  17. This part of manual talk about a specific function relative to A-10C that's why it's in magnetic. All others number in mission editor are true heading. Yes. After looking DCS charts in the Doc folder there is effectively a mix... it depend of the airport. Some have runway number relative to true heading some others to magnetic heading. EDIT: in facts only Vaziani and Senaki have runway numbers rounded to magnetic heading... all others are rounded to true heading. FC3 planes all use true heading, then others modules use real aircraft heading systems. Most occidental aircraft use magnetic heading whereas Russian often use true heading. Depending of the aircraft you are able or not to switch between magnetic or true heading to display by an in cockpit switch. Is that more clear for you now ?
  18. Hi ! After reading belsimtek and real manual I have understood that: UP: fast cruise for long distance or maximum endurance without store. FIXED: maximum endurance flight at low speed with store loaded. AUTO: "is normally used for all phases of maneuvering flight from takeoff thru landing." So does AUTO is used in air-ground and/or air-air combat phases ? It seems that yes but it's not really clear.
  19. Hi ! The manual explain that the "pitch damper cutoff switch" disengage the pitch damper system, ok... but it doesn't explain in which case it's useful to use it... Any idea ?
  20. DCS map has always shown true heading and FC planes too.
  21. "The CBU-52В/В is loaded with 220 BLU-61А/B anti-material, anti-personnel submunitions." Not suited for medium/heavy armored targets. What kind of armored target do you used ?
  22. 17 mils in level bombing ??? Impossible, I think you took the "impact angle" instead of "sight depression from flight path mils" column. But anyway after several hours of reading and tests it seems there some issues... at least with Mk-82LDGP (I didn't have tested other bombs yet). According to this manual ("Aircrew Nonnuclear Weapons Delivery Manual" T.O. 1F-5E-34-1-1 for the F-5E") and his "mission planning form" (start reading from p.264): Sight depression setting = Sight Depression from Flight Path + Rangewind Correction + ZSL Angle of Attack _Sight Depression from Flight Path: From bomb tables. _Rangewind Correction: I did my tests in no wind condition so I don't use this value actually. _ZSL (zero sight line) Angle of Attack: From angle of attack chart. ZSL AoA = FRL AoA (A+B+C) - 35 Mils ; I don't use Flaps so "C"=0. I did my tests with 2x Mk82, a CL external fuel tank of 275Gal. and a Gross WT of 16000lbs at my airstart/attack position (obviously). => Dive Angle 30°; Release Altitude 2000ft; Release Speed 440Kt; I start my dive from 6000ft 350kt as per Belsimtek manual. _With Weapon Delivery Manual, I found a sight depression of 102 mils = Bombs fall far too long... _With Belsimtek Manual, it says 79 mils = Bombs fall too long... To have the good parameters in dive is not really easy so I tested in level bombing too: => Leveled flight; Release Altitude 500ft; Release Speed 440Kt; same payload. _With Weapon Delivery Manual, I found a sight depression of 144 mils = Bombs fall far too long... (Even with only bomb table and no ZSL AoA it give 131 mils and bombs fall too far too). So: _ I am a bad pilot who can't respect parameters (but I don't think so) ? _ or I am wrong with tables/charts calculations ? _ or there is an issue with Belsimtek F-5E ? _ or there is an issue with Eagle Dynamics Mk82 flight model ? _ or a mix of the above ? :book: :joystick: :book: :joystick:
  23. Wow ! Looks like so amazing things coming (never enough quickly ^^) ! Can't wait to see your work on the ground radar !
  24. Same sound effect here. Looks like there is something inside washing machine ^^
