  1. Here's my desktop wall paper @ 1280x1024 32bit It was originally a NERO wallpaper but i edited the NERO out in the top right hand corner
  2. Any chance of explaining why it's shite?? Or did we miss the bit between "This is.............. sorry shit! Maybey It was only me that missed..the "whatever" part of your explination:dunno: ??....
  3. I've never had any prob's what so-ever except using the NP REG FIX..as for a power supply problem my system is OC'd (check my sig) You just possibly got faulty unit's,I've had similar problems with my X52,I've had two of them..my third seem's ok.
  4. It's a well known issue, when it dosn't reocognize, and i've have it everytime i've re-installed my TIR 3pro on a different USB port. There's is a fix and all u have to do is run the "NP REG FIX"..restart your pc and then it's recognized. Work's everytime EDIT: I can send you (or anyone else)the NP REG FIX..i didn't have to go through all the trouble u mention to get it.
  5. Great video thx for sharing! And that skin look's great,gj!
  6. Nice to have Harrier support ;) http://www.armed-assault-zone.com/gallery/screenshots/armazbt22.jpg Screen taken from here:http://www.armed-assault-zone.com/news.php Check out the animation video..can't wait for this sim :)
  7. Absolutely loved the HD quality, looked superb on my new GPU! In fact i'd say it was the best quality video i've seen to date ;) I have Quick Time Pro so np's for me viewing..gj! Keep em comming!
  8. I read over @ frugals where they were questioning a real combat pilot about the view limitations in F4 and he said he would turn his head when checking his rudder before taking off..so i think lomac's view is limited.
  9. Who's tha ugly bloke in the photo??:megalol: jk ;)
  10. Quick question...will we have animated pilots arm's/hand's & legs viewable inside the cockpit in the final release? EDIT: this has just been posted @ SimHQ..u'll see what i mean with the animated pilots ;)
  11. you can tell BS is on it's way :) nice pic's ;)
  12. It should show 1.12 (even though 1.12a is installed)
  13. Nice! ED could you tell us what type of system the screens are taken from? i.e graphics card.
  14. SKF I think there listening to ya over at Saitek..ukSupport mentioned what u said ;)
  15. This would help me out a lot if somebody could translate this for me? thx in advance ;) http://www.saitek.ru/other/x52inside/
  16. just got it myself.good job well done ;) here's the Improvements: Complete list of changes since 1.6.2 W3 (last non-test release): Flight model changes Numerous changes to make autorotation work (read here to learn how to autorotate). * Rotor brake is now actually engaging/disenging rotor to engine, it's not a brake * The collective now works also when the rotor is disengaged * Landing with engine failures don't automaticly make the helicopter explode * Created new aerodynamic model for rotor RPM when rotor is disengaged. Rotor RPM is now affect by autorotation which increases rotor RPM, and induced and profile drag which reduces rotor RPM. * Rotor makes no torque when rotor is disengaged * When the rotor is disengaged, the main rotor drives the tail rotor so that it doesn't stop. * When the rotor is disengaged rotor rpm may exceed 100%, but get it too high and the rotor might fail as well. Add collective to slow the rotor down again. * Rotor automatically disengages if both engines fail. Numerous changes to make engines more realistic. * Added modelling of gas turbine part of engine (and not only power turbine, as it used to be) * Engine control system automaticly controls gas turbine RPM in an effort to keep rotor RPM at 100% * Added abillity to control throttle and starters for engines, including full startup procedure * Added option for starting mission with engines off * Modelling of APU added * Modelling of engine temperature added * Engine fire due to overtemperature now happens at random time, probability depending on temperature. * Improved engine instruments to show engine information which previously was not modelled. * Modelled sounds for turbines and APU to correspond with RPM of turbines * Fuel consumption depends on engine RPM Slow speed flight model tweaks. Should make slow speed handling easier and more realistic, particularly sideways flight. Decreased effectivness of wheel brake Implemented rotor vibration. Used when close to entering vortex ring effect, or when main rotor slightly damaged. Avionics changes Completely new HUD for the ka-52, based on the real Hokum HUD. Read here for instructions. This HUD is also available in high resolution. Implemented collimation effect for HUD (the focus on infinity, HUD image moves with the head effect). Currently Hokum only. New HUD mode for Apache and Comanche: transition mode. Use Shift+O to switch between the cruise mode (the existing navigation mode) and transition mode. Changes to existing HUDs. For Apache and Comanche more symbology is common for weapons and navigation mode. A slip indicator has been added to all modes. For Havoc helicopters vertical speed scale is visble also in weapons mode. Implemented high-res MFDs for the Apache and Havoc Made new weapons page MFD for Apache which is more like the page in the real AH-64D Sound changes New engine sound comprised of three components which change during flight according to your flight maneuvers. (Rotor-slapping!) Sound modifications no longer require modifying sound.dat, just copy the new sound files into the audio directory! Closing canopy doors reduce sound volume of external sounds Other changes Increased speed of main rotor animation Added key for manually opening and closing canopy doors (Comanche and Hokum only) New, more immersive UI screens Make F1 work as center view in mouse look (for mouse only, TIR works as before) Implemented head movement with G-forces in wideview mode (Comanche and Hokum only). Allow loading of modified 3D models from COHOKUM\3DDATA\OBJECTS directory. Use Firebird's 3D model importer and exporter to edit 3D objects.
