Few things that come to mind: Laser missmatch but you would get that as warning ... Laser is on? Did laser fire? Latch on/off, manual lase, auto lase? To be totally honest, mine went after the laser 100%

DCS Multiplayer message removal Mod
Nu-NRG replied to Eddie's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
How does this work in World? -
On A-10 1.1.1.1 I got knocked off at 21/22 miles. That also includes time / distance that missile took to get to me :D

Laser "endurance", Laser getting too hot ?
Nu-NRG replied to JaBoG32_Prinzartus's topic in Bugs and Problems
My wingman was just hit by it. When ever he fired the damn thing, it fired only for two seconds and then stopped. Latch on or off, did not matter. Anyone has any ideas? -
Might I be so bold to point out default keyboard maps for CDU in the DCS with LEFT CTRL and LEFT WIn key :D I have my keyboard mapped to CDU and I hardly ever touch UFC.

AFAIK that is as is in real life. 1. Oil pressure is low because oil pumps are driven by engines. So you either silence master caution or it's gona go off once both engines are up and running. 2.Yes, APU generator warning will go off the moment left or right generator takes over. You can at that time switch off APU generator.

And one thing is for sure. She is not a fast mover or jet fighter! Not her job. Her job is to deliver 30mm rounds at 4200 rpm :P
-
And even then it seemed jittery a tad to right as per sim when you try to nudge her to fast :D

A good idea! Not that I don't like to set up stuff in pit but a wild idea. Set up data prior to flight! Nice!

OMIGOD! More than expected! Just wow!

Seen it happen to. Al tho it went away for my wingman after he took another aircraft.

I might as well post here. The wind direction provided by ATC is the wind blowing TO, or is it FROM?
-
Was landing one time on airfield (can't recall which) and in both cases - EGI or HARS - I had to account for mag var on HSI. Does that mean both of em are bugged?

10 seconds negative G is going to deprive engines of fuel. I was in a dive once, wham, everything shut off. Oke, APU started and I recovered the engines.

Move it left side on a touch screen, it suddenly becomes handy :D
-
That has happened to me before. In particular when I was to far out.

For flaps to come down you have to be about 170~180 KTS
-
You would be in the wrong position. Try to have tanker in the place between HUD and canopy strut. Don't be to low, high or far behind. 1nm is way behind.

Okey. So I have two screens working. One for UIMainView and the second screen for MFCD etc exported with helios on top. Works flawlessly. Two things that bother me! F10 map is stretched over both screens and I wonder is it possible to somewhat place it just on one screen? Same goes for NVG. The elipse starts on the left side but does not finish equally on the right side as if it's stretched to the other screen. My screen config just in case - total resolution set in game is 3840x1080. _ = function(p) return p; end; name = _('Two screen use with Helios, LOZ prof'); Description = 'Two screen config' Viewports = { Center = { x = 0; y = 0; width = 1920; height = 1080; viewDx = 0; viewDy = 0; aspect = 1.6; } } RIGHT_MFCD = { x = 3326; y = 120; width = 445; height = 445; } LEFT_MFCD = { x = 1987; y = 120; width = 445; height = 445; } CMSC_SCREEN = { x = 2776; y = 141; width = 230; height = 49; } CMSP_SCREEN = { x = 2995; y = 190; width = 270; height = 70; } RWR_SCREEN = { x = 2520; y = 161; width = 175; height = 175; } DIGIT_CLOCK = { x = 2400; y = 830; width = 122; height = 122; } UHF_FREQUENCY_STATUS = { x = 2555; y = 565; width = 120; height = 30; } UHF_PRESET_CHANNEL = { x = 2668; y = 477; width = 30; height = 30; } UHF_REPEATER = { x = 2576; y = 695; width = 110; height = 30; } UIMainView = Viewports.Center Any ideas are welcome!

The complexity of computer systems in the a-10
Nu-NRG replied to foxfour's topic in Military and Aviation
How true. I definitely loose more time to make something happen or work in Windows Server Management Console (GUI) while it happens really quick in UNIX like console. -
Regarding F14 you should get speed and angels movie / documentary

1. JTAC is your AFAC (when available). Playtime is how long are you available. 2. CCRP would be best set by DSMS - PROF (profile) page and set up profiles from there. Be aware that with CCRP you are going to need a SPI. 3. Look at nr 2 4. Seen that behavior as well, also in TacView. Don't know what is causing it. Maybe lower the HOF. I use 1200 to 1500. 5. Haven't used SEAD in long time. Can't help you here. 6. When landing, make sure you tuned VHF AM radio to ATCs frequency. Call your flight inbound when like 20 miles out and take it from there.
