  10. In A-10: AN/ALR-69 will detect (via 4 sensors), process and display (via IP-1310) AI, SAM and AAA RF signals. Due to working on RF, it's assumed that where the symbol is displayed is not because of distance to system but rather the power of RF emissions. At same time what we have in sim, does not exactly match the real thing cause IRL these things are way way smarter and programmable. AN/AAR-47 will detect (via 4 sensors), process and display (via IP-1310) the missile launch. Due to being UV based it's only able to detect a missile while it's rocket motor is burning and because of that, it should trigger on most missiles. Again, what we have in sim somewhat differs from real life :D
  11. Most likely the mission designer did not exclude the view settings from a mission. I was accused of that not to long ago and I then fixed my mission accordingly

  13. This! I actually find it extremely interesting and curious to see what is coming out of it. I just hope they dont do something stoopid but rather releasing something on par with TM. I am a fan of Logitech when it comes to remotes, keyboards, mices and speakers.

  16. Well, TM WH is awesome gear in terms of flying A-10C. All the buttons and HAT's are there. Also if you use it for anything else, because of all those buttons, you have lots of options to bind stuff. But how base and some other components are made leaves much to be desired. And when F-18 comes out we can only guess what TM is going to release (if anything). Being optimistic, hopefully they will release a compatible stick which you can only unscrew/screw on (like you can do with Cougar). All tho throttle handles you can't just unscrew/screw on like you can with a stick :D And yes F-18 stick is SH
  17. BTW SCU, in your defense I will state following After 1.2.8 I noticed that A-10C handling changed drastically. And just getting in to choppy tone it stops right then and there. The moment you go back to steady she starts to handle like nothing happened. 1-0-1 ? :D
  18. This is tacview. It's real time export and not track reply. @238thFalcon, that missile tracks are awesome to see side by side. Nice catch there! One thing I found funny on last training, was seeing missile (in pit) flying towards me facing 90 away from me. Maybe it has something to do with desync?
  19. Anchor point information on HUD - when displayed Ladder was error on my end it should be tapes - when displayed As it stands they are quite compacted and I think I even saw and overlap at one point.
  20. Leave IAS on HUD. Switch CDU to POS or STR and monitor GS there. Comes in really handy for other things as well.

  22. I'm new to mission editor but I would need the following: When "UNIT" passes "Trigger zone RESPAWN" re-spawn "GROUP X, Y and Z" Can someone help me out how to implement this with MIST script if possible?
  23. It appears you did not include everything. Missing ladders, anchor and possibly ladders. Maybe you can fix it when you have the time? Thanks!
