  1. My other WIP, old CH-135 Twin Huey's color, i haven't played around with the pattern, simply used my fictionnal Griffon pattern and changed colors and markings, as for the flightsuit, i was not able to find helicopter pilot's suite from late 80's so i made them the same colors as late 80's fighter pilot's suit.
  2. Almost done, newly adition to the Pack, the 427 SOAS skin for the Huey.
  3. Greetings Guys, I know that default Huey search light wasn't as strong as Police Lights are, but, is there a way (even though this post is old and no one posted any solution, i post in case off :)) to make the Search Light stronger, or longer distance, so we can simulatre modern TAC operations?
  4. Greetings guys, I was wondering, if by any chances, anyone found or is working on a 3D model of a CH-146 Griffon or Bell 412 CF which could be use as flyable mods, using the UH-1H cockpit? :P :pilotfly: :music_whistling: Dreaming never killed anyone
  5. Greetings guys, I recently got myself a brand new stick, i went from a X-52 to this little X-56 guy, works well, one thing though, with the X-52 software, i was able to defin in my system tray, the default loading profile by right clicking the profile i wanted, with the X-56 software, only thing i get by clicking the tray icon, is to choose the profil i want to load, but nothing to define it default, so each time i start my PC, it always choose the Default profile that came when installing the software. Anyone has a clue as to choose the one you want to load on system boot?
  6. You're most likely using a previous version of PS from which the the Template as been made/saved in. You might be getting a mesage like the one attached when opening the file. Meaning some effect in more recent version of PS might not comes out well in previous ones, for different reason, but mainly maybe some effect not available in previous ones. I had the same issue with the Gazelle templates because i'm only using CS 5.5 and it might had been made in CS6 or CC, since i didn't have acess to more recent PS back then, i had to get a bypass by using flattened layers to keep rivets and redo some selections because i was not able to recreate or find all the layers with the problem and i was scared to loose something. I'm sure you also might have not problem with the file « SA342_Camou_ADT_11 » since it seems not be using any layers effect new to latest PS or incompatible effect rendering from one or the other versions.
  7. Feedbacks are really appreciated. But since i'm really attentioned to details, working on those can takes quite a long time, and at some point i need to stop or they would never get online because i am never satisfied with what it ends up with lol
  8. Yep but they will stay as is to be honest, once creating the skin itself (markings, shapes all the basics stuff), doing the normal and weathered version plus experimenting the speculars channels, it ends up more than 10 hours on each aircraft, that's enough adding this spare time in Photoshop at home plus my everyday time in Photoshop at work it lefts me not much time to fly the sim. :)
  9. Version 1.2 Content Online, view first post.
  10. Here's what it looks like so far. :) I did some adjustments on the normal version to lower some weathering done so there's a visible difference between both.
  11. Version 1.1 updated, link on first post and pictures.. Added F-15C Weathered version Added M-2000CWeathered version Added F/A-18C Grey Low-Visibility, normal version (Weathered version will come later this week)
  12. How about this?
  13. It's a raining day today, so i'm thinking i might finish the F/A-18C one, i might only do the weathered version though, after i'm done, i can make you the 416 for the M-2000C, F-15C and F/A-18c. I did back then all Sqn in FSX for the VRS SuperBug modules, so i still have all tail arts, but not sure how the quality will look in DCS templates. So far, the Hornet is almost done.
  14. M-2000c and F-15c Weathered version almost done, thought about making a F/A-18C which i haven't done yet, i will then release a new version with all 3 new skins, might also adjust the A-10C Low-Visibility skin to look moew the CF-18 instead of the USAF with the odds shapes on fuselage and wings. But not sure yet about the A-10c. :pilotfly:
  15. What you think of this?
  16. I thought about it, since i've seen somones RCAF F/A-18C skin on here which is awesome, but for a start i made them not too weathered, i might try some and making weather channels in PSD more ovious and get some nasty speculars with matt spot more than what i have done so far. Guess i'll work on a weather versions for the F-15c, M-2000c as for the A-10c i lowered the weather on those version since it is a lot dirty in basic templates.
  17. Greetings guys, Since i've made so far a few skins for different modules as for the RCAF. I decided to crate a poste and regroup them all in a single file, since such package can't be uploaded on the download section of ED download section. All of them are available on download section, but this packages gets them all in one piece, and i'll update each time i create new skins. To avoid playing around with Country_db.lua file, they are simply available in ME country drop menu as USA, CAN, UK, Ukkrain. I tried to make them as close as possible to the real aircraft/helicopters, using proper makings, most of markings i recreated in Illustrator to keep good quality when scaling. Some of them do have customed Speculars and some of them also have costumed pilot skins. Downloads list: 1- RCAF Fictional A-10C (Based on RCAF CH-146 Griffon for Camo and CF-188 for Low-Visibility) 2- RCAF Fictional KA-50 (Based on RCAF CH-146 Griffon) 3- RCAF Fictional UH-1H (Based on RCAF CH-146 Griffon) 4- RCAF Fictional CH-47D (Based on RCAF CH-147F Chinook) 5- RCAF Fictional SA342 (Based on RCAF CH-146 Griffon) 6- RCAF Fictional F-15C (Based on RCAF CF-188 Hornet) 7- RCAF Fictional M-2000C (Based on RCAF CF-188 Hornet) 8- RCAF Fictional KC-135 (Based on RCAF CC-150 Polaris) 9- RCAF Fictional IL-78M (Based on RCAF CC-150 Polaris) 10- RCAF F/A-18C (Based on RCAF CF-188 Hornet) 11- UH-1H (Based on RCAF CH-146 Griffon) 12- UH-1H (Based on RCAF CH-146 Griffon for the Camo Pattern) 13- DCS 1.5.5 and 2.0.4 Infantry skins (M4, M249 and Stinger) 14- RCAF Fictional Snow Camo Pack 15- Mi-8Tv2 RCAF Fictional Pack 16- F5E-RCAF CF-116 Freedom Livery Pack 17- AV-8B N/A-Fictional RCAF Liveries Pack 18- UH-1H - RCAF Griffon Liveries for DCS 2.5 19- KC-130 - RCAF CC-130 Hercules 21- F/A-18C Lot 20 - RCAF Low Visibility Livery Pack - V1.0 22- KC-135BDA - Fictional RCAF CC-150 Polaris grey skin 23- DCS 2.5.2 Open Beta - Hornet Hangar VR Menu Scene (RCAF CF-18's) Version 1.3 Download Link: http://www.mediafire.com/file/kp3fbthea9gbj36/Cluster_RCAF_SkinPAck_v1_3.zip RCAF SnowPack (A-10c, UH-1H, All SA342 and CH-47d): http://www.mediafire.com/file/alf606epkidpmy3/RCAF_SnowCamoPack.zip DCS 1.5 Canadian Forces Infantry troops: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/2211903/ DCS 2.0 Canadian Forces Infantry troops: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/2211917/ Mi-8Tv2 Fictional RCAF Liveries: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/myfiles/?edit=Y&CODE=2280682 F5E-RCAF CF-116 Freedom Livery Pack https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3234952/ AV-8B N/A-Fictional RCAF Liveries Pack (3 parts) https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3233581/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3233737/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3233775/ UH-1H - RCAF Griffon Liveries for DCS 2.5 https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3222209/ KC-130 - RCAF CC-130 Hercules https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3170141/ F/A-18C Lot 20 - RCAF Low Visibility Livery Pack - V1.0 https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3300625/ KC-135BDA - Fictional RCAF CC-150 Polaris grey skin https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3300778/ DCS 2.5.2 Open Beta - Hornet Hangar VR Menu Scene (RCAF CF-18's) https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3300749/
  18. So manu nice videos here :S Here's one of mine, training out spot landing, way better than it was but still need some works, SAR landing on a hospital rooftop and trying not to shred staffs on landing pad :)
  19. RCAF Taking some good times in Vegas RCAF Visiting Vegas
  20. Zeus, nothing major, only times it does that is when i pull out of attack, and when the piper/FPM points the sky, then once in a while the BFL goes crazy and flicker as before, but nothing that much as before, or when i switch TAS ON and OFF the second i pressed it it flickers.
  21. Stupid question, but how do i get the IP to show on PCA, all i get when i select a weapon is TAS and RS, and i know i'Ve seen it before on my PCA, i don't think it's a bug since other people in the threads has it even though some thing needs to be fixed, bad pilot error i presume. :)
  22. Will do with pleasure if it can helps, i'll even make a small video if i can reproduce it in case the track works fine on your side.
  23. Well can you believe that... well i don't. I haven't flown the F-15c since the week i posted this up, and today i decided to make a small video refueling all aircraft in DCS, well guess what, as surprises as i was flying the F-15C after about 1.5-2 years, i discovered this bug is still not fixed, using latest 1.5.4.xxxx patch, unbelievable. :) I guess trying to develop 3 DCS world versions (1.5 beta, 1.5 open, 2.0 alpha and 2.5) is asking too much time to fix things in all versions... ;) I'm always a patient person and understand the issues of game developpement, bug for a bug been out for that long and not fixed, i got to admit the 3 times i exploded trying to connect directly to the boom made me swear instead of flying as real thing the lights on the tanker and the AI doing it's part of the job... guess AI are better at not loosing sight of us through mountains and building than they are better to move the Boom around :P Guess i'll have to hop online to do my video using the F-15c since it's not bugged online as Client, but, that, if the Time out connection bugs allows me to. lol :P
  24. Wow, thanks a lot for the screen shots, because i've found threads about the Trigger Perform Command « Start », but i was looking in the Advanced Waypoint Actions Perform Cammand list and it wasn't there, so i thought the option was taken out, and was screwed for some aircraft AI Aircraft delayed start up, but with your screenshots it helped a lot to fin in was in the Perform Command of the Triggered actions of the aircraft and not the waypoint. :)) Thanks
  25. I keep having so much problem now going onto servers, if i don't get the time out thing on first and second try to connect to a servers, i end up with a DCS stoping working after a few time, which is about 5 mintues after being on server... never happended since 1.5.4... hope it will eventualy get like before :) because most of the time i can wastea bout 30 min just to try to get onto a server, restarting DCS and so on.... :S As for the autoex stuff, can you point out more detaisl on how to do it, because the info i got are from a version which folders are a bit different, does it go in Saved Games, is it an existing file or we need to create it, in other words, where exactly does it go please?
