Ok, I did a clean re-install of Simappro and made the change as laid out above with everything back in sync and I have to say a good lack of stuttering etc. FPS wasn't an issue for me as I have it locked at 60fps. Definitely an improvement, thanks @prestonflying Oh and @markom, de-sync issues were occurring with and without the change.....just didn't do a long enough check missions

As per my post above....disconnect grip from base and check connection. Ensure it is keyed correctly and firmly seated before tightening knurled nut. Most of the time disconnect issues are due to the user not the device

Testing this fix last night caused issues with the Takeoff and Combat panels. Indicator lights would not sync. Sometimes they would and other times wouldn't.

Stream Deck does not use DCS-Bios

My F16EX with Orion2 base arrived today. Very impressed and quite an improvement on my 2+ yr old Libra. I did replace the Orion's springs with the ones from my Libra to provide a bit more force. All in all an excellent piece of kit!

In game via axis tune. I've set curves and adjusted saturation and it works perfectly

Try this... Do not add your address during the purchase phase. Login to the Winwing site, go to your account and add the address. If it comes up as an error when you validate, just ignore it then hit save. I just did the above with a second address and it worked fine.

Mate I do understand. I answered your question. No device comes pre-programmed for DCS. DCS have profiles for certain devices but I'm unsure about the Orion. If not then program yourself!

Why have you quoted me?

The Warthog doesn't come programmed. DCS sees the Warthog and automatically assigns keypresses. Pretty sure DCS will do the same for the Orion. Remember that not all switches will be assigned, you will have to do some manual assignments.

You need minimum a 3 pos switch....have mine setup on the TO panel
