  3. The four tankers you can use are: KC-135 MPRS KC-130 S3 Viking IL-78 The only one you cant use is the KC-135 as it uses boom refueling.

  7. Can someone please explain how to start this new server. (for a dummy!) I've read this: but have no idea what to do with it? Do i open up the command promt in windows or is it configuring a settings file in DCS? :(

  10. It shows on the unit list any modules that each unit require if they aren't part of the DCS World pack. The only exception to this is the TF-51 which shows as being required even though part of DCS World. I agree though, something before the fact would be a better option.

  12. Im pretty sure you can change the freq the carrier uses. Select the Stennis in the ME and on the right side you will see a frequency (127.5) in one of the boxes about halfway down. Change it there.
  13. make a waypoint 1 and waypoint 2. you set it to fly an orbit (racetrack) on waypoint 1 and it will fly in a racetrack pattern between 1 & 2 :)

  18. Hi phil, I spent a bit of time trying to work this out. Well not specifically this but the outcome should work for you. Initially i made trigger zones and was going to use a condition when they get back into the zone they would despawn and spawn the next group but they didn't always return to the same base. My second effort was to have them trigger a flag above a certain speed (you can use any trigger to increase the flag value) and then i set a trigger for when their airspeed was less than taxi speed and the flag = 1 they deactivated. I needed the flag otherwise they would spawn in on an airfield and their speed was below taxi speed so they would instantly deactivate. If you can send me a copy of your mission i can have a go at setting he first one up and then you can just copy it for the rest. EDIT i just checked and you can only deactivate a group not a unit.
  19. I initially thought it was the smoke pods but it is present with all different load outs and even completely clean. It makes the sound between about 480-530kts down low. (didnt check mach number) :(
