So you already have it by default. Yes, indeed. I set 270 degrees of rotation out of game - in Logitech profiler. I wasn't sure if your M$ wheel can be set with higher degrees of rotation.

Good wheel settings are crucial for proper handling feel. For my G25 I set all positions to 0% in advanced settings and profiler to 270 degrees of rotation.

Ad.2 – That is not true. Corner cutting IS penalized. At least in my version... Ad.3 – Wheel settings are saved but you have to change manually from "keyboard" to "custom" setting in option every time you enter the game. Custom settings are just like you saved them last time. Actually I really like F1 2011. It's not a sim but very good arcade game with simulator basics. Handling is quite good. You feel temperature of the tires, you feel lack of grip on a dirty side of a track (I haven't seen this yet made so well in any sim), etc. Good wheel settings are crucial for proper handling feel. I have pdf with DCS manual on my iPhone 3G already (it's done with free iBook application and iTunes IIRC) but it works kinda slowly. I got Adobe Acrobat Pro at work which can easily optimise weight of file by compresing photos, changing their resolution, resizing, cleaning, etc. I'll try to resize it on monday and post the file here I won't forget.

Oh yeah. Last night was intense. Everyone was running on every new active steerpoints like hungry wolves. Crowd was big - i almost crashed on somebody when was going defensive :). Incredible sim. But unfortunatelly it was laggy session too...

I saw crash on airshow on my own eyes (spooky, sad and unpleasant feeling) but here plane hit the grand stand... Geez! Horrifying accident. :(
