  1. There you go, you said it yourself. Remember that some people, myself included, play DCS to have a good time. Super-
  2. That creates a custom point when ingame. ME = Mission Editor and gives you a point that is already in the avionics when loading the sim. Edit: You can look it up on page 180 of the DCS GUI Manual (not the flight manual) Super-
  3. Sorry that this took so long - been sick, am busy... As is obvious by now, I have no issues to report. For the next time, keep PeterPs advice in mind and you're good :) Super-
  4. I know that the page had to be taken down, Joe explained that earlier. I was just wondering what the list is. Put another way: What is the list listing? :D Super-
  5. What do you mean with list? Is that the official way to register? Super-
  6. Going from that link, not even the A-10 is fully equipped (emphasis mine): (or it is lacking in in the sim, for well-known reasons). Edit 2: Or the A-10 uses something else? I don't know. Super-
  7. I have it installed now, but can't yet say when I'll have time to try it. Hopefully later today. @PeterP: Thanks, done! Super-
  8. I was just prompted with the v13.1 update of the ATI video drivers. Has someone already tried it with DCS? I don't want to regret me updating my system if there are already experiences. If nothing happens here, I'm going to update tomorrow and will let you know what happens. Super-
  9. You're welcome :) Super-
  10. I decided for the black/white Lulu version and am more than happy with it. You don't need to put about 200 in there when the B/W goes for 30 (?) and is perfectly sufficient. All images are good to discern, which is what counts for me. Super-
  11. That doesn't mix. Super-
  12. Hey there, sure you can register. If in doubt, read my first post in this thread (page one, post #5) :P Luckily I've progressed in the time since, and I'll make sure you experience the same. There's much more fun and learning to have in flying with real people instead of singleplayer, and you can ask anything, anytime. That also saves your motivation in case you hit a wall yourself. Get some input, and you're rolling again. Bring your friend too if he wants :) Regards, Super-
  13. I intended to say that your concept is true for one infinitely short moment. Honestly, you lost me somewhere, I can't follow anymore :P Super-
  14. I just noticed that the website is back online: http://www.lowlandtigermeet.com/lltm/back-online/#more-2662 Super-
  15. I see. But speed changes with your weight, that again is only a part :D Super-
  16. I was always told NOT to pay attention to that TVV. Funny how different techniques there are. Super-
  17. @Caspet: I voted, but where's the point now that the Lulu-version is available? The cards are on the table, so to say. Super-
  18. Good idea actually, because that reduces the workload on the wingman during the level parts as well. The length of the tracks would then depend on 1) the safe terrain, 2) the visibility and 3) other flights, correct? Super-
  19. I'm aware of my signature, but I'm still looking for a thread from long time ago that had a demeo track on how to set up an orbit so the TGP gets masked fo rthe least amount of time. I've been trying 25k feet and <5 degrees of bank and a lot of locations relative to the target, but I'm not finding the best. Banking hard isn't successful for me either. Does someone remember the thread or can tell me directly what the best alt, bank and relative position to the target area is so my TGP is masked as short as possible? Note: I don't want to orbit around the target, but offset ffrom it. Thanks! Super-
  20. You can check for any wrong axis assignments. If something looks fishy, it likely is. In that case, remove all axis bindings and map them again (pitch, roll, yaw, throttle, maybe slew). Please check your messags Necc, I sent you one to keep a bit of controller-related off-topic away from the thread. Super-
  21. Completely agree with the back part, not so much with the curves. I took mine out quickly, which reduced those oscillations I had on the boom. Now I didn't AAR for eight weeks and have to learn it again. Yesterday's try was made of sadness :D Super-
  22. DCS Missions? Do you hook up the net to the internet to be able to talk to master server or was there a change in DCS that I'm not aware of? You make me want to bring my gear :) Regards, Super-
  23. I Super-
  24. That massively increases the chance that I can come there. Looking forward! Super-
  25. I think I know the place. Is it close to the UTwente, Colosseum 68? Tempting! Two Q's, if you don't mind: Just in case: Can I come there as visitor w/o my rig? And if I can bring my gear: Can I fly without participating in contests? Super-
