Maybe it is not completely what you are looking for, but there are some links that might be useful.
I think that the electronics and stuff inside both Combat- and Pro Flight Rudder Pedals are the same, but physically the foot pedals themselves are different. So, I suppose the sensitivity is the same?
When I noticed this problem with my Saitek Combat pedals (long time ago), the problem was only with DCS A-10C. Within Windows 7 Game Controllers there was no problem with toebrakes.
Googled a bit and find a couple of old threads in another forum. Too bad you cannot see the pics if you are not registered/logged in and some links have expired as well:

I wonder if anybody actually knows the exact colour?
Looks very good!
I would paint the horizontal parts of the tail (elevator) also red, and only the vertical parts (rudder) with white/greyish colour. And maybe some white colour to the nose as well?
What I mean is visible here:

And if you guesstimate the percentage, it's useful to know that you only get 100% speedbrakes when you have weight on the wheels. So, if you are airborne, you won't get full 100% speedbrakes.
AFAIK, you cannot delete Markpoints.
About entering coordinates, check the JTAC Guides (pdf-files) from Eagle Wiki:

With A-10C you have to trim all the time, if you don't want to unnecessarily strain the wrist of you joystick hand. Very soon you'll trim automatically/unconsciously without even paying attention to it.
You can download the "latest official" manual (dated 8/27/12) from here:

At least with JDAMs (like GBU-38 ), if aborted, you cannot clear it yourself. However, you can jettison it.
I am not sure if it is the same thing with 103's? Maybe?
I remember that one forum member tested the lasing distances in the similar situation as in the video I linked earlier in this thread. I think that max. distance was about 8 nm. Might depend on weather conditions as well?
