  1. Strange. My Helios won't crash, ever. No matter which version. I have AMD HD6950 by the way. Maybe your next step would be nVidia GeForce GFX 670/680/690?
  2. Yes. Just choose "Invert Axis". I think that is the problem as mentioned before by other forum members.
  3. ATM I am running v. 1.2.172. Haven't had any problems with it so I haven't even updated to the latest version. I wonder if older versions are still available for download? Anyway, I have at least three older versions saved. Tell me if you cannot find download links for older versions any more.
  4. Are you running the latest version of Helios software? Have you tried with some earlier versions?
  5. I really cannot see your PSU causing the problem at all! You have pretty large amount of RAM anyway. Have you run any MemTest programs so far? Not a very clever suggestion, but anyway.
  6. Agree. Especially with only a single display card.
  7. Get rid of your graphics card drivers with http://phyxion.net/Driver-Sweeper/Driver-Sweeper/ and install drivers once again. edit: I think you have already done that.... edit2: You can find lotsa material if you google "Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered". Must be a graphics card (drivers) -related problem.
  8. ^^ Those lines must have been extracted from the Application log? I cannot really interpret those codes/lines. Maybe some ED guy could tell something about the Space.dll? Or that other failing .dll? I assume there are no errors in Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System, right?
  9. Have you checked the Windows 7 Event Viewer Logs? Any errors or warnings with time stamps matching the crash times? BTW: I don't want your money. :)
  10. I'm a bit late with my answer, but see this thread: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=1476714#post1476714 Touch screen with Helios is pretty nice as well.
  11. Maybe not four, but if you fly high enough (some 12 000 ft.) and are fast enough, you can easily have enough time to pickle three GBU-38s one after another in one run. Zoom TGP so that you can see the target and designate it. Pickle the first one as soon as you see the "MAN REL". If you want, you can move the TGP cursor a bit and pickle again. And again. You have to be fast with your pickle button. But not too fast (-> ABORTED).
  12. Good thread: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=85434
  13. I'm still running only v1.1.1.1 standalone version, but AFAIK there is no problem at all. You can install both versions, standalone and world. There will be no conflict. You'll just have two versions installed on your hard drive.
  14. Yes. Especially, if the target is located in deep forest, it's pretty hard to see/find it at all. Normally, the JTAC coordinates should be pretty accurate though. Very often I think I'm blind anyway.
  15. The key still remains in your Windows Registry.
  16. See this thread: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=1327469#post1327469

  18. Yes, GG must be 37T, after a couple of beers I somehow missed the alphabetical order... :) :P
  19. Just type the coords, and enter with CDU. The 37T or 38T should be visible anyway on CDU.
  20. "Golf-Golf" should be 38T, right?
  21. You have to choose the right grid zone: 37T or 38T
  22. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=72185 Maybe a bit long thread, but...
  23. I'm not sure if this is the one I mean (I'm away of my sim computer ATM), but check it out: http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1300097&postcount=10
  24. Doesn't matter. I mean TAD, TGP, HUD, AIM-9, MAV... whatever will do, AFAIK.
