I have been trying to find a ring like @frenzonbuilt in first photos, but there is no luck. All are too big. If there is an oportuniity you can sell your rings it would be amazing. If possible with second button... to mimic left/right mouse clicks and up/down mouse wheel with longer press of those buttons in the Joytokey program. Of course for the left hand, as it is the one that is free while grabbing the joystick with the right one.

The option I do (appart of the problem I have with Leap Motion that don't let me use the mouse for mouse wheel operations) is I mapped my toe brake pedals for Making appear the hands and left/right mouse clicks emulation. Those toe pedals are only used on ground and never on air, so on ground I would need the option to toogle the fingers app off to use my mouse. I need my hands on joystick while manipulating buttons and switchess on air. So how did I do it on those toe pedals. They are axis so first you have to have pedals and checkout if they are recognized as buttons by Joytokey program. For example my Thrustmaster TPR pedals if my warthog joystick is not connected they are not recognized as buttons press. Then I enable all my joysticks in options of joytokey program and searh for what input is highlighted when I press the toe pedals. and use this configuration to make it work: so I map in DCS shift+RCtrl+left arrow for left mouse emulation, shift+RCtrl+rightarrow for right mouse click emulation, Shift+Lctrl+space for making appear the left hand, and Shift+caplock to make appear the right hand. And I choose the option Switch depending on how long the button is pressed and give it 1000msecs so with quick presses of the toes I emulate mouse clicks and with long ones I make appear the hands or not. With those toe brakes, I have the rest of my precious hotas buttons that never are enough free to be used in their respective real function and not interfere any of those functions the use of any button for the hands or mouse emulation clicks. BUT as said, I need an option to deactivate the fingers app when I want with a keyboard hot key, or better a mouse lateral button (ideal as it is going to be used, so allowed when fingers app is off)

ok.. my problem is gone, and now it is moving the cursor with fingers. But I have a problem. Now the mouse is not recognized. Is there any option to toggle fingers on/off or gemini programm so I can use or not the mouse while the camera are recoginizing my hands? if not I have to oclude the Leap motion camera with my hand. Thanks!

I have a problem with Fingers App. Id works while I am in the Varjo Desktop, but as soon as I enter DCS or other flight sim in VR the cursor is not moved when I move the hands. Even the cursor don't move a lot in the desktop resolution of 7680x2160. Does anyone have Varjo, and can test if it works for them?

Good to know as it is in the main forum area. I still don't see the reason to buy it appart of understanding the aircraft. All that would change with the inclusion of Dynamic Campaign. Hope this year we can see that finally after many many years.

pufff.. until they release the cores update, then AI rework, there is nothing to do. I forget even to play liberation because even 1/3 performance campaigns are imposible to play in my 9900ks with 4090 nvidia.

If it would be 7-8 minutes then that is more "realistic" for us. An instant aligment would rip off the fast aligment option. But also I have to say, that with the problems we usually have in our group about starting spawn points were people crash their planes and other issue, 20 minutes is nothing to wait XDD

yes please. We simulate we are russians and understand... Maybe we are pilots that we never went to school and learned reading?

It is horrible.. just try any learning lesson and lines and lines appears in front of the cockpit in VR. Unplayable. Please @BIGNEWY put the text as it was previously. -

A big refloat! Is there a way to remove the original files instead of overwrite them? I want to remove the files inside the kneboard folder of the maps to remove all those charts and have quick access to my charts. If I just put the same name files (png ones) with cero bytes it will load them as blank so I will need to click "next kneeboard page" as if they were there. The only way is removing those files, but I would like to make it through OvGME to restore them easy.

I think all the boxes should be able to be placed anywhere in the screen... and also rotate and scale them in the VR environment. Not only the front middle-upper part of it. -

I don't know if this has been reported, but previously when we hit the communications menu it was on top of the captions (subtitles) box (if there was any subtittle shown at that moment. Since 2.8 that subtitles box moves down below the menu communications, so it allows read of both suttittles and menu.. which is fine.... BUT the problem comes with VR as it is too near our normal vission. Could it be possible to leave the subittles above the menus, so the menus are the ones that appear below the subtittles. At the end we are the one that choose or not the menus, but subtittles sometimes appears when you don't expect them. Thanks!

Twitch2DCS - Simple twitch chat UI inside DCS

I tried yesterday and appart of the same error, the twitch chat box appears and hide with hotkey.. BUT it doesn't show any msg from twitch. of course the key has the oAuth: before (or whatever is the word) because it is included in the key generation. And my user is just the name of the user.. not the full twitch adress... So I suppose it is broken because 2.8 Edit: I made it work. I pasted the key and an error appeared. I removed the *********** and pasted again and the error didn't appear this time. Exit DCS enter and now it is connected. -
This is driving me crazy. Sometimes (very very very rare) it recognizes and with recipient select it changes. Others tune de frequency. and others change the recipient also when I say "recipient" "command" so next commands will be switf to the new recipient. But usually it doesn't change. Now why it changes sometimes???? where is the problem..

I replied to chacal internally but I am goint to put my reply here aswel for everybody.... In spanish we do not have that problem because with is "con" so it is amost the same. BUT vaicom or voiceattack won't try to find a meaning or correct language to understand. You can say instead of "with rockets" as "potato" and if you say: "two" pause "fron the north" pause "potato" pause "attack" "tanks" it will do it. It is important to wait (pause) between commands in prefix.. but not wait in the attack tanks or attack vehicles.. etc... Here you can see how I did it 2 days ago in a tutorial in spanish... but even you don't understand spanish you can hear the pause with the sound vaicom produces: So no change has to be done in any updates.... I have this working for long.

here is my config. I changed this time to openbeta.. but as you can see my install directory is c:\DCS World, not DCS World beta. in any case it is the same result. It is rare that reseting the lua files, and even removing them from savedgames, Vaicom write again in dcs and dcs.openbeta (in savegames) the VAICOMPRO.export.lua FILE. As said, previous to 2.8 this was not a problem. it was working like a charm. "batumi" pause "select" and the recipient was selected. Now, don't know because DCS change or Vaicom change I cannot do it. Still I can do the "batumi" pause "inbound" order and it will say the inbound to batumi or whatever recipient I say.. but of course I have to set the correct frequency first by hand (no problem with that).
