Put them in the F-16C_50 folder located in your saved games folder located in your User folder. C:\users\your named folder\Saved Games\open beta or stable\Liveries\F-16C_50

Are you using pedal toe brakes? If so, under the tune option in controls, check the option to invert the toe brakes.

Take the taxi way before the A-10 and you will still a "take off when ready" command from the tower.

Use a zip program, like 7-zip to open the mission file and see if it contains an options file that is controlling what you see. If there is, it will over ride your game settings and can be viewed and edited with NotePad ++. Good Luck!
