Hi f410, I still have a problem with the J11A. I get the following error when I select it and following that simshaker stops working, even for other modules, till its restarted.

Same problem for me. Cant start the application.

A little off topic but is the RVV-SD integrated with the Su35 only or can it be fitted to the Su27S or upgraded Su27SM, Su30SM etc?

Thanks for the match IRIAF! In true ironic fashion it would of course be the tournament organisers that screw up the rules so apologies for that. At least it gave us all the opportunity to fly a 3rd round. Congrats to 1Pressure in particular for scoring kills on our dear (flight) leaders! Next match InSky vs ITGC.

You nailed it. It's an R73 equivalent with much better flare rejection.

10-12nm, low alt is for a 120C. Its not a guaranteed (kinetic) kill shot but a reasonable launch range down low for a C. The equivalent for a 77 would be about 6-7nm. For a kill shot, about 4nm, damage issues notwithstanding.

I get it. The Mig21 is old. But I hate the dirty, poorly maintained canopy, especially with the latest patch. It looks awful and is extremely distracting. Furthermore many of us like to simulate a 70's scenario where these cockpits would have been in far better shape. Almost any other pit is cleaner and better maintained in DCS, including the WW2 and Korean warbirds. I tried this mod and it didnt work for me (see below). Furthermore I really think this should be a developer "oem" option rather than mod that needs reworking/fixing with every patch. Ive been an ardent supporter of the Mig21 since pre-release. Please, if not a "factory fresh" cockpit then at least give us a speckless canopy. Window cleaner and a microfibre towel cannot be that hard to come by.

Its not a tracking issue as much as it is a range/drag problem. At least with the R77.

We've noticed this too. We used to cruise at 85% but have bumped it up to 90% now since they changed the thrust to be dependant on temperature.

Thats not quite true. Currently its quite a regular occurrence to take at least 1, sometimes 2, missile hits, receive visual damage on the airframe and yet continue to fight unhindered. It happens in the Flanker too, but mostly in the Eagle against Mirage missiles.

No. They're complaining about a legitimate bug that is having an adverse effect on multiplayer. Some of the personal comments directed at you were uncalled for, however. At the end of that round 1, even the game engine considered the plane destroyed. And yet it still has the integrity to do a sight seeing tour and turn at 90deg bank angles. Why are you defending the indefensible?:)

This is all wrong. FC3 is just a name. There is no hardcoded limitation to what can be done. Its just a name given for a particular level of systems modelling and initially, flight model. That definition has changed over the years with extra radar modes (PRF) and PFM added etc. Common sense dictates that just as FC2 was different than FC1, and FC3 was different than FC2 then so will FC4 be different to FC3. What makes a module an "FC" module may or may not change depending on what ED decide to do with it. Theres a difference between design choice and design limitation. ^ This.
