Its easier for me to land if you keep the front nose wheel off the ground as long as you can and using The elevators to help slow it down,along with the flaps down,tapping te brakes tend to help along side it.

how does the CC work exactly? Ive been in a helicopter,a small one at that and it looks completely diffrent than the Huey's, do you change the pitch with the CC by rotating it left or right? i just wanna make sure i can fly effectivly.:joystick:

Buying From the ED Website only works for Non-Steam version Just download DCS World from the ED Website(non-steam), and then Activate your BS2 and A10c Keys in game. Steam and Non-Steam both Auto-Update and Non-Steam gets Moduals/Updates first.(steam has to approve) No Benifits to having the Steam version other than wasted system Resources keeping something you cant really use open. If you buy Keys from Steam you can Activate them on the Non-Steam Version (this way, if you miss a sale, or ED/Steam has a better sale, you have two options instead of one.)

while it sounds better, it still doesnt sound anywhere near the real thing at all periods of startup and flight. Idle on the ramp still looks and sounds off. and all in all, i get the general impression that the sound work was based off of how things sounded on youtube (both Vanilla and Mods) and not how they sound in person. There is just no bass,noises are high pitched only thing that had actual research done was the Whistle,but without the sound of a actual merlin behind the sound, it mightaswell be a Gazoo.

If you want something a kinda complicated Fighter jet get the F86f. and if you want to fly a real complicated plane get the A10c Easy to fly,hard to learn.

Trim wasn't Basic or Fundimental. Germans Relied on Trained,Awake and Aware Pilots. Just like Boeing Vs Airbus in Now-adays world. Besides, when flying long flights in the P51D your fighting Trim instead of head up in scanning the skies.:pilotfly:

why bother having the steam version? doesnt give any Benifits only the disadvantage of steam having torun in the background taking up Needed Resources so pointless with DCS other than Sales.

hotfixes probably every 18 days full blown patches would probably take a month or 2. From the video's ive seen,I always heard, "just let go of the stick,and let the plane handle it" and it seems very true ,Ive entered a flat spin by doing 300 knots and yanking back on the throttle and Flight stick while kicking the rudder. and to recover i just let go of everything and put max throttle.

Its because the runways are alot Longer than what the F86f was designed for.

Fixed the crappy sound you hear on the inside of the aircraft with a Modified ED M2 Browning sound that I made fire at 1200Rpm, 1200RPM = 20RPS Credit goes to ED for getting that sound Only Changes What you hear from the cockpit. Remember! Always Backup Your Files! M3Browning.rar

I Tinkered abit and made a sound file that fires at the same M3 Browning RPM PM me if you want it. Its the M2 Browning from :World but fired at a correct speed of 1200RPM

The F86f has SUPER Sensitive controls at high speed,and even more so theAleierons., there is a old Instructional Video ide recomend going to see from teh '50s The aircraft tends to roll even fully trimmed out(at high speeds) but at lower speeds it flies straight. Its like the P51D just to a lesser extent.
