  1. Beware of what you ask for. There is also the issue of the bow wave coming off the radome that pushes the drogue away at the last critical moment. I've often been treated to seeing a receiver do a very quick lateral input to keep from missing the contact.

  13. Manning the gunner position using VR, when I look aft toward the tail, the entire back end of the helo is not rendered. And it appears that my placement is too far forward on the gun. Lastly, I flew a test hop against some static trucks and after 10 passes with multiple hits, none of the trucks burned. Are the rounds just that ineffective? Thanks! Love the new variant.

  15. Same issue here. Metashaders failed to build. Vanilla install. No mods, ran repair. No Deferred Shading option in menu i76700K, 32Gbs DDR4 RAM, Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500Gbs, nVidia 980
  16. As lemoen said, the view in VR is not optimized. When using a Stinger position for a JTAC and selecting the binoculars, you've got a black wall in front of you that does not stretch across the screen. Nor does it move back to the correct eyepoint, robbing you of the full magnification. This leaves you without the immersion or capability to perform the task.
  17. How about swapping roles/aircraft during the same M/P session? Starting in one jet, then landing and changing to another. I get bad stutters. I'm in the same session, so there isnt any new or additional object loading. Or joining a M/P server and having to back out to the main menu, upon relogging in, I get terrible stutters in the entire game. This forces a complete program departure.
  18. These seem to still be broken, despite the new update listed it as fixed. Four bombs failed to track toward and guide on a ground based laser, using the default 1688 code.
  19. Wow, glad its not just me. I've noticed it during taxi and thought maybe the left main tire was modeled undersize (like early M2000 release). And yes, takeoffs are with a left roll input that requires immediate attention.
  20. Pardon my question... But since roadside FOBs are dynamic in real world, wouldnt it be as simple as placing a supply and fuel truck at a location of your choice and then land there? Or am I missing that there is code required as well?
