It's a very fun server. I just wish they moved some C-101 closer to the other planes because right now they have to spend 20-25 minutes just to get to the populated areas.

Yep, that's how aviation works :) You want to take off and land against the wind to take advantage of the higher speed of the air flowing on the wings giving you more lift.

Would love such planes. But they woudn't fit unless we had the world to fly in with them, considering that they can't be used in combat. Then again, if it was for me i would get even an Awacs :P But then it would need to have the FMC and well, i woudn't really make many flight plans if i woudn't be able to select sid/stars and so on.

I am also in doubt about those 2. But i believe i am gonna wait for the AFM to be released either way first.

Not sure if it's supposed to, but in an air collision with my f15 i lost both wings, engines were on fire, the rudder was also damaged, and yet i was able to fly it like nothing happens. Hell, even had other f15s in formation with my burning plane :P

Seems just like a copy to some extent of World of Tanks, except it has modern tanks where armor is not as relevant as it was in WW2 and they still fight at close range since it will be an arcade like game to make it attractive for casual players that are supposed to keep the money flow coming to them.

You can't click on the su-25T, but it does have some key combinations (not many, don't worry) required to operate it properly. As others suggested already, try it first, it's for free and will give you a good idea of how it's going to be. AS for FC3, F15 and Su33 are going to get their AFM in the future for free for all FC3 owners.

No, you are right, BUT this way FC3 is at 100% a product of ED, they don't have to use the Lock On name anymore who is owned by Ubisoft, and they can now distribute it on Steam also.

Well, my open beta version did update, the stock 1.2.6 version instead doesn't check for a new version.

Somehow i have missed it, or maybe i thought it was talking about AGM-88s :D Good, i'll check it later once the update shows up.
