I tried the training startup mission with it, i coudn't hear the "click click click click" when pressing Home with engine rpm lower than 15% (after that you start hearing some more sounds from the engine turning on). I have all audio on 100%, tried with helmet on and off I closed the game and now i will load it again to see if it changes anything edit: still happening

Was hoping to get my eager hands on it by Easter, but i guess i'll have to wait some more :(

Do we know what was in this last update compared to the previous open beta update?

It's the Low settings i think. With Flat only you won't get the dynamic shadows in the cockpit

I have the Open Beta branch and most server are on it, i think. At least the popular ones are.

I am not using the Release Channel anymore, just the Open Beta one and the Open Alpha (with Nevada) Updates are not ground breaking usually so i don't feel the need to have the Release client and wait even more for the updates

1) Ctrl+Tab i believe opens the chat. It's a little tricky right now. Either way you can change the key to open the chat for the options, for question 2) also. 2) There is a panel calling Rearming in the control options, on my keyboard it can be activated with LAlt+à, that key is the second to the right of L 3) I have no idea to be honest. In general tho remember to press LAlt+Enter when you load a game to switch from borderless window to real full screen for some more fps

I guess he was talking about the carrier DLCs. I do hope however that instead of carrier DLCs they will let us do what they hope for on all cruisers.

I don't think i would buy such a thing unless it let me control the other ships in game too, and use their system a little more realistically. I would love for that to happen, to be honest.

To be honest, on DCS i am more interested in the flying (what is it like to fly plane x?) than the fighting part, so even if they introduce something that doesn't have a real opponent but is rather unique in some of its characteristics i will gladly buy it.

It still crashes for me in multiplayer. Is it happening to you guys too?
