Fair enough. I just saw the other pics and thought I'd mention it seems the Chinook can carry 8. That's the CH-53 you've linked to, not the CH-47

CH-47D This July 2002 article http://www.nationaldefensemagazine.org/issues/2002/Jul/Upgraded_Chinook.htm explains the upgrade of US Chinooks from the CH-47D to CH-47F. It says that the upgrade makes provision for a second M130 dispenser. Therefore, I assume that the CH-47D had one dispenser, holding 30 chaff/flares.

This page says that the AH-64A has M130 chaff dispensers 'on either side of the rear tailboom'. I take this to mean there are two dispensers. Each dispenser holds 30 chaffs, giving a total of 60. Interestingly, this website says that they generally don't carry flares as they hit the tail rotor and set vegetation on fire. http://www.vectorsite.net/avah64.html

Plenty of reviews have been published about the upcoming nVidia cards. The Anandtech review shows that in pretty much all the benchmarks, the new cards are being spanked by the 9800GX2! And in quite a few cases, is being bested by 2x 8800GT in SLI! I just had a look around at the online stores, and the new cards are debuting between £430 and £550. Thanks for the answer. What I meant by 'parts' is: eg. the left wing - would it be in the same place on your template as it is on the original template? PNG seems to be in the list of file types that Photoshop can open. Whether or not it opens the file with the layers intact - I'm not sure. I see - I understand that real life stuff can get in the way. But if you don't release your template, then we may not get our hands on a template at all? :cry:

The template is looking great Deadman! Two questions: 1) Will the A-10 parts on your template be in the same position as they are on the skins that were released with the model? Also if you're Alt-Tabbing, I found that the graphics are more likely to deteriorate when Lock On is paused. If you un-pause the game, alt-tab out, then back in, more often than not I found that the graphics will correct itself.

I'm not sure, I didn't get that far. But Subs17 said they've tweaked the rudder.

I installed 1.14 last night and played a bit of evo. Movement seems more fluid and far less ungainly than it did before. Vehicles seem a bit more responsive aswell. I found it a lot less challenging than before ie the AI couldn't pinpoint me if I fired at them from a fair distance away. I think maybe it could be a little more challenging in that respect, but it seems better than before. Oh, and that bloody fog is gone. Can see a fair distance now! :thumbup:
