  1. Started downloading the 1.6GB hotfix this morning and was getting 1.0MB/sec on ADSL for the few seconds that I was watching it. I doubt it stayed at that rate.
  2. That would be awesome thanks. There might be a fairly inconvenient time difference though (UTC+8) and I have a 3 yo and 3 month old to wrangle during the day
  3. Can someone please give a step by step rundown on how to enable SMAA.sfx and Deband.sfx. I've never used Reshade. I have installed it into DCS, but don't know what to do from there. Thanks!
  4. Woah, nice work. I have noticed those tables before and thought they looked useless! I'll now eat my hat, then probably buy one....
  5. Just a quick Google (I live nowhere near the USA!) B & H Foto & Electronics Corp lists the Warthog on their website US$408 420 9th Ave, New York, NY 10001 It's all I could find.
  6. I have LiveBait's Huey profiles (hot and cold starts) and don't have the Indicators folder either
  7. Nice work, thank you! I'm hoping to try this profile out over the weekend. Helios provides that ability, but it also allows customised switches that can be clicked via a touchscreen monitor. So all those switches you see in the screenshot (I'm assuming all!) can be clicked by touching the screen, which will interface with DCS.
  8. EDIT: Oops, missed the previous post with the same info NVM
  9. No problem, I'm glad I can help :) I've worked out the lines in the AI Panel .lua file (..\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\Uh-1H\Cockpit\Scripts\AI\ControlPanel\g_panel_page.lua) that need to be edited to move the AI Panel - see the attached screenshot. You're looking for: FontSizeX1 local size_X local size_Y base.init_pos = {aspect + shift_X,firstLineY + shift_Y} (this can be changed to use co-ords similar to the Control panel co-ords, but the 'scale' seemed completely different) The values in the attached screenshot result in the AI Panel fitting in the provided window in the Helios profile, but the lines seem a little squished together for some reason. I'm still playing with the values. I'm also hoping to change the position of the weapon status panel so it's a little less obstructive, but haven't started on that yet.
  10. Fakum, I have been searching for this lately too. I found the answer in this post: http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1753910&postcount=2 The co-ordinates are strange, they don't denote pixels. I have a 2560x1280 main monitor and a 1920x1080 touchscreen monitor, so to get the controls indicator to fit in this Helios profile, I used the following changes in the ControlsIndicator_page.lua: Line 12: local size = 0.22 Line 44: base.init_pos = {4.275,0.7} I am still trying to work out settings for the AI panel
  11. These sales are always very generous. Thanks ED! Picked up 3 modules - now just have to find the time to play them!
  12. I'm loving the new frequency of updates. Great stuff! Looks like a lot of exciting stuff coming up!
  13. ^ If XP is really the issue, then it should be removed in the 'Minimum Requirements' list for both of those products in the ED E-shop. Some questions: 1. What's the Microsoft error you're getting? 2. Are you running more than one monitor? (If so, check that Full Screen is disabled in the options).
  14. This is a great deal. Thanks ED! Now I can fly! :joystick:
  15. That's fantastic! Nice work. I particularly like the idea of modules on castor wheels.
  16. That's cool, I'm not sure I'd want to ride around in a Death Star built on only 20 million pounds And not one of these? Highly disappointed in you :P
  17. When I was attempting to configure my multi-monitor setup, there were two things that caused a crash when loading a mission: 1) Full screen enabled in the options 2) An incorrect resolution ratio set in the options.
  18. I noticed this with my AMD 7970, after upgrading the catalyst driver to 13.1. It didn't happen on the previous driver (12.something, can't remember). Better frame rates, but this weird issue occurring.
  19. I have owned Warthog for a long time, but didn't have much time to devote to it, and felt daunted by the seemingly huge amount of info I'd need to learn. But I decided to have a crack at it recently and have found that it's surprisingly easy to pick up the basics of weapons deployment and navigation. It all seems to centre around the concept of the SPI - once you get the hang of that and can slave sensors to it, nothing will withstand your onslaught  Unfortunately, I wouldn't have a clue what to after losing a system, and sometimes I can't find my targets! Now...such addiction. I play Warthog almost exclusively at the moment :joystick:
