The reason is restricted loadouts, no Aim120, CBU's etc.

As a trans pilot myself I am astounded how people here tought no spawn & pilot limit for Heli-trans & unlimited SAM building would be a good idea... :D

I would also suggest that you don't need different SAM crates, but just the same one multiple times? Was no fan at all of the weather missions, 5m/s wind on the ground is way above my hover skills.

Help testing and maybe it will go faster! :)

What is the cap/pickup range from airbases & farps again? (Troops CTLD etc.) I remember something like 5 km... btw Greg made it sound like slingloads weren't in because of stabillity issues. Could we maybe then tweak the script a bit? Hovering 10seconds above a crate I can't see - without cargo cam is streching my flying skills to the limits.^^ Also having issues refueling a heli (mi8) at some FARPs at mission start. (BE-TL for example)

Just tested it and I was unable to load/see JTAC via the CTLD menu. I tried in a Mi-8 from FARP & Airport. (MK-SA&SA) On the other hand I just killed myself and CSAR script reacted... Looks like it works. :)

Is this the right IP for the server? 89.163.173.82:10308 I can't see it on the list or connect, but this page http://opblueflag-buddyspike.rhcloud.com/ says it's online and somebody is even online right now. ^^

Looks great, how would I go about testing a JTAC? Where do I get / activate one?

As somebody who does a lot of GCI, IFF issues don't bother me too much. :) Second question, I saw on some public stress test mission on buddyspike that you guys were testing the CSAR script. Any chance for getting a test run with it in blueflag? I love the idea of not only sitting around and waiting for a troop insertion but flying around trying to rescue pilots and return team lives. (Also CTLD assets plx^^)

Years gone by, still no love from devs. Honestly I haven't touched the MiG-21 in a long time because of this, I am just too annoyed by this. A buddy asked today if he should buy it, after explaining the situation (since release!) with the weapon selector (and similar commands) he reconsidered. MiG-21 still not finished. :)

This is great news, looking forward to test blueflag out again. Any chance to see slingloads added soon? All the heli pilots love the new slingload features..^^

My Idea would be to change the 'adjust rope length' slider for Helicopters from the mission editor to the rearming and refueling window. Mission builders never touch this and I would love to have this decision in the pilots hands (and check what length it is currently set as). :)

I would love this, as an idea, this could even be clickable like in other sims, where you 'click' the plug for your headphones etc.

While this way will make the 'realism!' crowd very angry, there might be a compromise in here. What about making some kind of small placeable airfield that is placeable like FARPS in the mission editor? Perfect for some kind of fictional setting and we won't hurt overall realism of the map. (Since realism / balancing etc. is in mission builders hand) sorry for OT, I just wanted to float the idea, carry on^^
