Can somebody check in the Eagle - topic waypoint & RANGE. Am I seeing things or does the HUD data not relate to the compass? (Compass range wouldn't move at all for me..) edit: (normal NAV mode)

Anyone else have trouble to update? Can somebody give me the exact version number so I can update manually via command prompt? :D (It's beta right?)

Hey, Apo here, whining about something in the mission... the usual.. :D It's about the MiG-21 and helicopter target areas. On one hand I really like the missions where MiG-21 has to work the 'easy' target areas.. For example if you are alone on your team / no real comms with the rest of your side.. On the other hand it is really boring if everyone is working the 'real' target area and at times I feel left out of the fun. :D So as a compromise might I suggest to further split the MiG-21 slots to a Heli&Normal TA? I believe this change could make the Mig21 the most diverse airframe to use in your missions. Sadly I didn't have much time in the last weeks to fly, hopefully you will see more of me again soon. :) Apo

Honestly I would buy any DCS module as long as it's up to standart. For a long time I also really want a civi airframe, but skymaster sounds good too... VEAO you will get my money too with AFM! :D Freeflight is awesome too, would love to just fly around with many different airplanes in a lively airspace, maybe that's the point where lotac tars/ies will really pick up... *dream*

I think ED should code this into the forum, every post you make you have to click a warning that you understand this, and won't whine in your post's how XY was delayed... :D ^This, I can see a million ways how this might go sour on release day, everyone should expect a long beta time with many frustrating bugs. When I joined the community people still whined about how Standalone DCS(A10C/Shark) was better than World and how everything was better & smoother 'before'. :P

I would like to see some expansion on the A-10C 'instant action' missions, like in most other DCS modules. Start from RWY, Final, Cold Start, Freeflight and maybe stuff like ILS approach or A2A refueling. Currently there are only combat missions. Not much work (might even get this stuff build by the community) and lot's of gain for the casual side.

How can I do this for the Bf 109 default skins? The .lua's look a bit different, anyone tried this successfully?

Note this is maybe not so important if you only want to contact AI, but if you want to use TARS/Aries/some future voice option to quickly switch between different mic's you would need some switch for this. Good luck building your Hotas, might we have some pix in the input section? =)

If nobody is going to argue this, I am. ED& 3rd party devs should provide control profiles for the TM Hotas Warthog in all their released modules. I refuse to believe that ED would be unable to provide what a modder is: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=130459 I am sure in the A10C .lua the switches are made the same way. Why not make a bunch of two & three-way switches and put them into the controls? This should not be modders work, this should be included in the sim. Target sucks. You can't switch between airplanes while ingame. No go! :) edit: Might even give it a new control column "2 & 3 way switches" :)

Omfg, thank you. Why didn't I use the obvious and simple method first? :P I used normal winrar but I agree, probably I did something wrong there. Thank you very much. :)

There was an error with the TDC slew thingy that got fixed but is still in the current mod version. I simply copy/pasted that part from the updated file to the mod. file in notepad++. Just search for TDC. Now works like a charm in OpenBeta. :)

I will do that, but I am less than hopeful, I tried that myself already. I openend the .miz with winrar, and repacked it with a fresh & untouched warehouse file but the mission would not even open. http://fileload.info/fcyf0b4dg5hs
