  2. Thanks for kind words :) As for current Caucasus mission you don't need Normandy nor Asset Pack to play it. So give it a try. Later this month the Normandy missions will be back. As for TF51, I'm sorry to say that it's unlikely that they will be added to battle area. I doubt that it'll be enjoyable to be shot down without a chance to fight back, and for Red side it will be free AoA kills that contradicts the competitive idea and rankings.

    По ишачку попасть сложнее будет :) Да блин, зайдите с товарищем онлайн - один на Сейбре, другой на P-51 - примерно такой будет расклад. А именно: никто с ишаком крутиться не сможет, будут бить с качелей на проходах. Пилот ишака должен всегда контролировать заход на себя и уворачиваться в последний момент, и пытаться накинуть вдогонку. Вот такие будут бои :)

  6. Reporting: - Labels (dots only) should work now. - 109s have MW50 - Voice notifications - could not find the cause of the problem. Digging deeper will be too time consuming, and I'm currently finishing other things and would like to finish them asap to implement on the server.

  8. Should have. I'll check. As for warnings, also will be checked. I thought it should be fine as I didn't change anything in the mission and it used to work ok. But maybe something changed in DCS.
  9. Server updated to latest Open Beta version. Sorry for the delay. As for VP, it's good to know you've made choices. But why posting links to 'another sim' in Burning Skies thread? I don't really care much, as I think DCS WWII audience is mature enough to know which sim it needs, but is it attempt of advertisement? If so, not a good one.

  15. Ну тебе реально пару-тройку воздушных побед не хватило) С картой понятно. По мере сил пытаюсь ускориться в написании своего кода для удобного создания миссий, который будет делать то, что я описывал выше. Дела идут, много чего уже готово. Хотел к 1-му ноября, но нет. В этом месяце ждите апдейтов.

  21. Легко объяснить, на самом деле. Где-то какой-то разработчик какого-то сима ляпнул на форуме что-то типа "мы моделируем воздух" и понеслась. Короче это всё из области иррационального :)

  24. Yes, an option. I thought about it, but I prefer not to. Many problems exist in different elements of the game. For example bad damage modelling for certain ground units and planes, lack of certain ground units types, lod issues, speed issue of the Spitfire, some API issues, clouds sync issue... etc. On many of them workarounds are possible, some of them can be solved by removing problematic functionality. But, if those problems will be 'worked around' they won't bother anybody. So if it's game blocker, like Spitfire DM+netcode issue in the past which kicked all player out of the server, then this blocker should be removed. But it the issue is not a blocker to gameplay, I would rather leave it be for 3 reasons: 1. Save time that would be needed to implement workarounds and track them (which one has been fixed, which one hasn't been fixed) 2. To support discussion on those issues in the community as I believe it good for developers to have a community that informs them on the issues and what's important 3. In the end those things should be fixed by developers, but not got around by the players. It is the correct approach if you want to increase quality. Everything said is just my personal opinion on this matter...
